Tesco Price Checker Thread #8

My local store told me yesterday when I tried to use a coupon from the price checker that it had finished and they weren't allowed to accept any more coupons. She eventually accepted it after I pointed out it had a valid date, etc and the price checker was still available to input your receipts plus they were still advertising it on their newspaper ads. I have emailed tesco customer service to try to clarify one way or the other.

They don't. None of them do nor have they ever done. Tested a Duracell offer weeks ago and it didn't compare and the own brand ones were on the same receipt as the shampoo and no joy.

I've had confirmation from customer services this afternoon that the price check has NOT finished and they have contacted my local store to make sure they are aware of this.

I purchased the Hardys Crest Cabernet Shiraz Merlot (750ml) at Tesco for £10.99 on Friday, after checking it was still £5.00 in Asda.

Input details into Pricechecker Friday afternoon.

This morning got a voucher for only £3.01 as it had pricechecked at Asda at £7.98 - which is incorrect :mad:

I grabbed some yesterday and it gave me the full £5.99 for it. It was £7.98 earlier in the week at ASDA, not sure about Friday though.

Tesco value pasta quills 41p Tesco - matched against Asda value pasta 18p - no idea why though as it says NA on mysupermarket

I used various conditional spend vouchers and also 75p Comfort pure print off MOCs from the mumsplus website a very kind person on the printables thread found.
