anybody have a free phone no for tesco please

i placed an order last night and in the order was a leg of lamb which would of been £9 for 1.2kg but ive been charged £15.95 for 2.1kg
ive just rang cs and been told they DONT do dtd for over charge and only refunded £6.95

is this right or should i take it back to store?
i got dtd yesterday and the lemon cakes haha

I had another dud today, if fact it would make a better list for Asda for a APG voucher - shop was from the 12th August. (milk was £1.49 but on offer 3 for £3)

I see it that way: You have been charged the correct amount(bigger joint bigger price?) and are lucky to be refunded the difference. Online orders don't get dtd as far as I know...

I also might be wrong...

Just now getting a chance to report on Saturdays Shop, I got a £17.64 voucher on Sunday :T
Also with the wine - I got a voucher but I didn't check closely!!! I got 5 bottles of the Grenache and 1 bottle of the Dinfandel :mad: Eejit however, I still got a voucher for £9.44 on the wine when it should have been £18.88 so worked out £3.29 a bottle :rotfl:I couldn't get the Wolf Blass Shiraz in T there was none left or else I would have went for that!

OH Went to T on Monday for beer and took the 9.44 voucher and wee guy at Self Serve asked what it was with all these vouchers, he then proceeded to tell him :mad: I said are you mad telling a T employee that, he said to the wee guy to go on moneysupermarket and it would explain it all there :rotfl: Wee guy was going to go home and try he said.....good luck with that!

Have a look on sayno website lists all alternative numbers to 0845 etc. (checkout MSE site for exact website)
