Well done caz. I am a bit wary about claiming a JTD on a receipt where I have claimed the points as the bar code is crossed through. Was this queried when you used the JTD voucher?

    thanks

I've not claimed the points yet as I only got the results back today. When I do go to use it, I will get the cc points & JTD on the same shopping trip so if I get trouted on one or other, I can have backup from the other member of staff to say the receipt hadn't been marked when they defaced it.

Good idea caz, but you are braver than me. I usually just go for the points - I never have much with JTD. for example I inputted 43 "wombles" yesterday and got one JTD for 44 pence. Plus my printer was on the blink and the library charged me 15 to print it.

On the other hand I found a receipt for £180 (360 points) where the points had not been claimed. O lucky day!

I've been looking at the Tesco meal deals trying to see if any of the wines match for JTD purposes - I know it was a hopeless cause :D

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/ProductBuylist/default.aspx?id=L00000447

I did find two near enough matches, probally not close enough for JTD purposes though

It did make me realise how over priced Tesco wine is though esp for these meal deals

    Tesco Finest Montepulciano D'abruzzo £8.29
    • £3.68 ASDA Montepulciano D'Abruzzo

Wines From France Cotes Du Rhone Villages £9.99
    • ASDA Extra Special Cotes du Rhone Villages £5.97

  • Asda misprice on cereal bars showing 3 for £2 instead of 3 for 2. A lot of these items used to compare (but not the nutrigrain I think), certainly the elevenses and squares and are showing on mysupermarket as 3 for £2 so excellent for JTD

Probably today only as no doubt they will correct the misprice?
