    Hi Try entering the details again using the 24 hour clock as this sometimes will generate a response, obviously you will have to wait another day for the result and again, use the back/for method to see if it works.
    Expect nothing and you wont be disappointed

    youenter they details, when you get the blah blah blah screen, hit the back button then resubmit. normally works.

    On Saturday I had 12 emails from Tesco, each one stating that the receipt details could not be traced. Yeah, right! Like I believe that! Not a peep from them since.
    When Asda open on Wednesday, yay! I will get my shopping price matched there instead. I know I will miss out on clubcard points but I can collect them for free from the carparks, unclaimed receipts when I visit Ts for their whoopsies.

    I am not gonna part with my hard earned cash there when they no longer match Asdas prices.

    I would complain like mad. Email Tesco HQ or even better write a letter. Use the contact page on Watchdog website.

    Where they wonbled receipts or a mixture of your own shopping and wombles?

    I submitted a receipt only yesterday, and nothings come back yet.. after hitting the back button about 20 times.....
