Advice needed - I put my details in on saturday, no email received, and if I re-input the details I get the thanks for entering your details, this receipt is already being processed, blah, blah. What do I do now? If I re-input my details with a slightly different time, will it count both claims towards the £100 allowance. ( which I would then exceed) I really hate Tesco, lifes too short to waste this much time on it. Incidentally, when I was using a voucher the other day, the manager/whatever/little upstart took great delight in telling me that the scheme was coming to an end shortly. I just said, well people will realise that Asda must be cheaper then, and you can't compete. I hate Tesco, did I mention that?

I was recently refused a voucher point blank by the MANAGER who was clueless to say the least. She said the scheme had finished at the end of April. My voucher was valid until the beginning of July. She said Tesco had made an announcement on their website saying the scheme had finished and that all existing issued vouchers cannot be redeemed! She wouldn't accept it at all and suggested that I take it up with HQ. This was at a Metro store so I left as I couldn't be bothered to argue further and there was quite a long queue behind me. The voucher was only for £4.xx

You're in good company here for hating Tesco! As for vouchers, I did the back and submit trick so many times I got RSI. What did work for me was trying in a different browser. I think it was either Firefox or Chrome I got it to work in as I can only get the page to hold the form details if I use IE. Thinking about it, I'm fairly sure it was Chrome.

I hope you put in a complaint. In all seriousness, a manager with that kind of attitude needs brought down a peg or two. Little upstarts like that may think they're doing the company a favour by saving them money, not accepting vouchers, forgetting to mention DTD etc but at the end of the day they are just a number and some day they will realise that. Until then, a few choice words from the higher ups might help put them in their place :T

I would have complained but I've already complained to customer services regarding the same store, where they refused me DTD for charging me 15.xx when the SEL said 10.xx I really can't be bothered anymore, I might just forget submitting my receipt details from now on! Having said that, I got a voucher for 3p the other day :rotfl:

Imagine you do a Tesco shop that came to £20.25. You pay with a £20 note and a £1 coin. The SA mistakenly hands you back the same £20 note and 75p in change.

Would you tell them they had made a mistake ?

Of course I would. Integrity is what you do when no-one's looking

Has ANYBODY had any vouchers back since last Friday?

Something smells a bit fishy here.

Ah - I didn't think it would be long until they pulled the plug on this - just a pity they can't be more transparent about it. Telling us "Sorry, unfortunately we have been unable to find your receipt details, so we cannot show you price check results for your shopping" is just plain unbelievable.

No- mine came back last night as not traceable- bit annoyed about that as we had a big family lunch at the weekend and I bought quite a bit of food and drink on Saturday as well as my big weekly shop on Friday.
I have entered the details again - but I don't hold out any hope.
