Neighbour dispute parking spot

We have never had a problem with this until another neighbour has a daughter who keeps parking in the spot I use. I have asked her not to but she says she doesn't see why we have 2 spots and i should get a grip its only a parking space.
the neighbours daughter is only a visitor she should park in the area that is free for that rather than expecting me to park there right?
The neighbours daughter is out of order she doesn't live there so has no valid claim to park where she likes. As for saying why should you have two spaces, you paid for them and its your land. She should mind her own business.
This happened to a neighbour of mine and the man gave him three warnings not to park in his space then one morning I woke up to shouting. He only clamped the man's car, the police was called I don't know what happened in the end cause I went to work but albeit he never parked in his spot again. Oh and I have noticed a clamping warning sign has gone up in his spot. It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun0 -
Go and sit in your neighbours garden, and when she moans just say get a grip, its only a garden;)Don't Panic - and carry a towel

if the spot is in the deeds then its yours.. phone police everytime she parks there.. if police respond before she moves then the police will tow away..
or jack up the back axle and move the car that way..
Why is this a police matter? It is a civil dispute and they will not be interested.
HOWEVER, they will be interested in your second suggestion if you damage the car in the process - you'll be the one in trouble.:hello:0 -

Do what I did in a similar situation some years ago. I simply parked so as to block the other motor in, then nipped inside and downed a couple of wee drams. When they knocked on the door, it was a simple answer "Sorry, can't drive as I've had a drink."
Their motor was there for the night

i have access to my neighbours drive if i need it as they dont have a car and the neighbours to the other side of me blocked my car on the drive.. so i simply said wouldnt it be a shame if your nice new car would end up with paint stripper on it.. never blocked my car in up to now..Sealed pot challenger # 10

Obstruction? Really?
It's a car incorrectly parked in a privately owned parking space - it is not causing an obstruction to any road user attempting to access the public highway, is it?:hello:0 -
Can you not put up a notice stating that the spots belong to house number XXX, no other parking allowed? Or paint your house number on your spots? I agree with Yvonne about reclaiming your rightful parking places, also, the copy of the deeds which show the parking spaces is an excellent idea. If all else fails, block her in, she will soon get the message."I may be many things but not being indiscreet isn't one of them"0
