I'm hoping someone may be able to help me out here - I've won £10 on the Velvet tree thingy, but my helpful OH has thrown my promotional packaging away. I do still have my receipt though, so if anyone has promotional packaging from a 4 pack that they're not going to need please pm me - I'll happily send you a stamped self-addressed envelope. It's 5 o'clock somewhere!0

Firstly I was going to buy the Country Life block butter in Tesco as my Asda just has a big empty space but has anyone had RTD confirmed against Asda price of 50p?
Secondly, I 've just returned a Sainsbobs Basics vinegar as it didn't have a sprinkler. You can't tell from the outside can you. Do any of you know if any of the own brands have a sprinkler top?

Hi guys,
I've just recieved an email from Blue Drgon sauces. If you like them on facebook it gives you a download for another 50p MOC.

I would not have had a clue what you were talking about but the other day I opened a bottle of vinegar which I had had in my cupboard for ages and was so chuffed that it had a "sprinkler"! Don't think I've ever seen one before!

Blimey , can't keep up with you lot, so many posts again:eek:.....so sorry to read your very sad tale Byatt, chin up girl!!:kisses3:Don't pets hav a huge influence on peeps lives....never replaced our Westie when he died, I couldn't go through that again...so we are staying a petless household....did you get your cash Dawnie? ....and not a way to loose weight TS:eek:hope you get over it quickly....hugs for everyone that needs one today....
Back from excellent shop...used lots of mocs and have paid £36.88 for £95.22 worth of shopping , went to T's and Sainsburys....did well with the milk in T's...I always get 2 x 4pints for £2...saw the label but did not read it..checked my receipt and had paid £1.25 for each one and no 50p discount...left trolley with Security bloke and went back to check...now 3 for £3, picked up another and went to CS...wanted to return 2 and then buy 3...SA got in a mess with transaction and after refunds and entering and then cancelling...ended up paying 50p for 3 x 4 pints of milk...she knew it was wrong but did not know how to correct it, so she decided I had a good deal and left it at that....managed to get the Finish non starter packs on offer at 2 for £10 with 2 mocs..twice as many tabs ....really nice SA noticed I had a Sainsburys conditional spend in my hand, whilst I was sorting them out at the till, and she said to hand it over, it was 2 off £10 clothing moc, but she said it didn't matter and took it, did not have any clothing...very nice....my shop at Sainsburys was £16.86 and paid 56p cash but till still gave me £2 conditional spend again and also £1 off £5 frozen food moc:T
For those of you like Cadburys Choc mini rolls there is a bit of a glitch in T's ..they have 10 pack on offer for £2 and the 6 pack are £1.30...but they had new stock in of the 6 packs( 10's) with 4 free and they scan at £1.12...:jgot 3...naughty but nice....0 -
I apoligise in advance for the total newbie question but can someone please help me get my head around the price comparison thing for Tesco. Here's the question:-
Tesco have Old El Paso corn tortilla's on sale 2 for £2 (£1.79 each). Asda sell the corn tortilla's for £1.38 making them cheaper. If I were to do a price comparison would Tesco compare the full price of the tortilla's against asda's price or the sale price? And where/how do I do the price comparison? I compared it on my supermarket would I need to print this and go back and prove it or is there some other way of doing it?
I'm very new to all this but it's quite addicting yesterday I able to get £29 woroth of goodies for £9 woohoo0
