Morning all.
Hope everyone had a good weekend of saving money?
Is anyone else having problems with the tesco price check website? I entered two receipts Saturday afternoon but still haven't got a reply. Tried to input them again this morning, but it said it was already in the system.
I'm still waiting from Saturday morning too.
It's been over 48 hours now - I re-entered the numbers & got a message effectively saying "don't be impatient"
. Bother, I've got to pop up to MrT's tonight & fancied a browse around the reduced shelves! I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
Is it right that T's don't take Asda APG vouchers? CS told me they used to take them when DTD was on, but now it's TD and their own Price Guarantee is so good (?) they no longer take them...didn't just argue used it Asda...

Customers shouldn’t have to shop again at a store that we believe has misled them. That's why we are accepting Asda refund vouchers at our tills. It's nice to be nice .....

I know what you are saying there VC....But the thing is I do not want any more Finish Quantums....honest...have not got any room , I stocked up ( and I mean stocked up) when the Quantums were £2 in Asda and we had the £2 PDF, ....and I've had lots of the Quantamatics which has taken my stock right back up to at least 5 years supply....prob 6 years supply or maybe even more since I've been getting the refills not the starter kits...but they are so bulky...so def not getting any more.....also getting a bit fed up with shopping T's at the moment...stopped going to my local one when they p****** me off and the one I went to today annoyed me re not taking 2 conditional spends and saying they didn't take the APG, you are all quite right, they should have taken it , have just rung HO and they are phoning the store to tell them and sending me £5 GC as apology.....got a Morrisons £5 from the NOTW and I'm shopping there with that this week for a change....been to Asda twice now and have noticed their prices are very good and the staff really are very helpful and very pleasant too....have got stock cupboards fit to bursting , with stuff that will last a few years so hopefully my actual regular shopping should be a lot less , without washing products and beauty products....I've got lots of toothpaste , did a couple of DTD shops on Aquafresh ( like the good Dr W-W) and got loads of that....got years supply of Domestos ,and as for Velvet...well say no more on that !!!Freezer is full too .....I suppose I'm ' mocced out' or should that be ' mocced up'???Now that IS taking the p.. after all who in their right mind would want to use a Morrisons fiver at the same time as getting 15 finish quantums;)
