First time I have tried this - wow it's great!

Wow, that's amazing; thanks Jefery, I thought, when people talked about the ignore button, that it was a joke! Didn't know it really existed. :rotfl::rotfl:

  • Hi

I found this thread after being inspired by extreme couponing! I just wanted to share my first coupon shopping trip!

Nipped to Savers and the Plenty was £1.19 so got a pack for 69p using a 50p MOC! Popped into Superdrug to pick up one of their new loyalty cards and checked the price of plenty in there. It is also £1.19 so as I still have 2 50p MOCs I will pick up another couple of packs so I get the points on my card. I checked the price of the hands free soap dispenser thingy and it is definitely £5.99 so will grab one of those for £2.99 at the same time.

Popped in sainsbury’s cos someone at work wanted something so got the nectar points on my card. Got another 100 nectar points on next shop coupon but someone had left a £2 off a £20 shop voucher in the printer so I snaffled that! My first attempt at a womble altho was an easy one lol.

    Thanks for all the tips!

This is THE friendliest thread on this forum. Not sure what you are trying to do?
Do you work for a supermarket? Or something?
I don't think you are going to break anyone's spirits here, As I am aware this thread has been going for years, and LONG MAY IT CONTINUE TO!

I am not sure what your aim is but it feels a bit suspicious and you are just arguing for arguments sake! Seems a little pointless and a waste of time!

I'm not trying to do anything if 'whoever' hadnt reported me I wouldnt have felt the need for that post, surely your ire should be directed towards the reportee?

I do feel it necessary to point out the double standards in operation by some of the thread users, some of whom seem to regard it as their own personal thread.

If the disagreement had been left between myself and BLUEWKD it would have gone tit, tat, tit, tat end....

We are both adults and **** happens, but because of a small group that behaved like a bunch of teenage schoolgirls (you were nasty to my fwend) and interfered and joined in its gone on, just as happens in a school playground.

Why do you think I am not entitled to respond?

Click on the tetley ad. Hope the link works!

It is for a free sample and a 40p off coupon!

    HTH

    ps,

Tetley redbush 40 bags are £1.69 in Tescos but only £1 in Asda.

That would make them £1.29 (using coupon) in Ts (but a RTD of 69p). Total cost after refund of only 60p.

Not bad if you drink it anyway!

I think, tetley redbush gives you some coinks points?

does anybody have any voucher's for morrisons or home bargains or even b&m bargains

As far as I'm aware you can use any of the coupons (bar ones that state the store, obviously) in Home Bargains. You just need to contact your store and ask to check :) I think we only mention Asda & Tesco so often as they're the most used, and Asda tends to be the cheapest.

Thanks bullshot, but I used most of my vouchers for doubling up for dtd!
I'm just going to have to book using real money I'm afraid. I have just booked the hotel and I going off to book the tickets! Cheers.

Indeed. Those who missed on Plenty kitchen towels in Sainsb-s can use their coupons in Savers in Fareham Shopping centre (next to M&Co). They are £1.14 at the moment.I wouldn't go there just for the towels (car parking £1 per hour) but if you are in town then pop in Superdrug to get Dettol system as well (£4.99, £1.99 with the coupon plus get a card based on points 10 points per £1 like one in Boots) thanks a lot to someone who mentioned that earlier!
