No Buying Toiletries in May Challenge

Afternoon.....
Happy Birthday Dr Roberto!
Finally used my T-zone Tea Tree facial wash thats been sitting in the bathroom cabinet - used it once in the past but I kind of forgot about it, decided to use it with that little BS facial brush and wow, Im so impressed - my face looks a lot better and it feels really soft and not at all dry so obviously the combination is a good oneShall definetly be using these 2 together now - I think the facial wash was actually quite expensive (compared to what I would usually pay) but it seems to do the job
OH isnt home for lunch on Fridays so had to think of something to do for myself, ended up cooking myself a fry-up complete with mushrooms and tomatoes alongside egg and bacon..gosh it was so nice I was almost tempted to cook myself more
Think Im going to have to phone Thomas Cook about our booking because Im confused about the baggage allowance - in the brochure it says because its one of thier 'expensive' holidays you get 20kg baggage but online it said both 15kg and 20kg on the write-up but the booking confirmation mentions nothing about either so I have no idea how much we can actually take......Ended up getting our insurance through Virgin but went for the more expensive one (£30) because that had more like-for-like cover to the TC and had lower excess but even still was cheaper than booking it through TC...
Just have the big issue of how to get to the airportthe flight out is at 6am which means a very early start - we looked into getting the national express down to bristol but it means leaving at 2am to get us there with enough time  and I think thats going to be waaaaaay to early, might have to drive down and leave the car at the airport - unfortunatly because the holiday is wed-wed I very much doubt OH's parents are going to be able to take us like they did last time....
Once I find out the baggage allowance Im going to be sorting out all my toiletriesMFW 2020 #111 Offset Balance £69,394.80/ £69,595.11

My Avon catalogue has been placed on the doorstep with NO order!:T
Have put a nasty Superdrug henna hair conditioner in the pile to go to OH's sister for a car boot sale. Hoorah!! Pity whoever buys it but it's brand new unopened - I had 2 gifted to me, now I know why.Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!0 -
Did you see SuperScrimpers last night?
They said at a Debenhams survey found that the average woman's make up "bag" contained products worth £256.
The girl on the show's bag was deemed to be worth £365.
I don't think I should even try and add mine up.:D:oNot everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted. Einstein0 -
Oooh I want to watch that prog now - is it on catch up telly somewhere? Sounds better than the one where the rich lady was making nettle tea....Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
