I didn't realise ME had changed to CFS. How awful for you sarah and alanis to have this, can only imagine how hard it would be, I know when I was pregnant I was dead on my feet for the first 16 weeks, I used to go upstairs on all fours and couldn't even hold the hairdryer up long enough to dry my hair, I imagine CFS to be something similar.

I had the freebie Herbal Essences this morning too. Forgot to mention with everything else going on that I did not succumb to my cravings for Champneys this weekend nor did I use my £5 skinnie, kept myself busy and tried not to think about them. I did get MC with the BS body butter, love something, this satisfied my need to have something and I got a mag to read too.

Hello laydeeees! Don't think there is anyone on here fessing up to being a bloke!

I wombled a £5 B**ts skincare voucher today from a work colleague. There seem to be so many exclusions on it.

Any ideas on any worthwhile items to get with it? Cheap too.....

    :)

Any ideas on getting nail varnish out of clothing ladies?

PPs youngest tipped a bottle of bright orange nv over my white trousers and white cardigan :rotfl: I could just chuck them and replace them, but i'd rather try and get it out first :D

I have heard that if you pour nail varnish remover over them, leave it for a few mins and then wash in the machine them it it *should* come out, although don't hold me to that :o

On a different note - after the storm earlier I figured that was the end of the bad weather but just had a torrential 5 min downpour that flooded outside, the lower part of the garden is patioed and slopes towards the house with 2 downpipes coming down too - needless to say I realised the drain couldnt cope and we had a 6inch deep flood which went across the whole back of the house! Had to find a very long metal to get the leaves out of the drain seeing as the area was so big (and I dont have wellies) and finally de-flooded my garden....I wish we could go back to the lovely sunshine

yeah it can be like that - having to have a sit down because getting dressed has exhausted you can be embarassing sometimes and the dogs are used to me crawling up the stairs next to them :p

Contact S&G and let them know - you might get a replacement ;)

Have decided I'm going to treat myself to MC (if there are any copies left :rotfl:) we're off on hols soon and I'll need something to read on the train so might as well get one with a good cover gift :D

I was re-organising my wardrobe and found a trial bottle of lotion from ages ago - no label but judging by the colour and shape I'm guessing it's Johnsons Baby Lotion - will put it to oneside and use it on my feet - don't quite trust it on the rest of me even though it smells OK :p So thats another non-naughty step IN for me :T

Hanval - I was good and just got myself a cola to see me through the afternoon! Still resisting the BS glitch and hoping it'll end soon! :-)

Well done! I did look at the BS website but couldn't get it to work and gave up, just as well really.....

My only repurchase is the Skin Tonic from the Liz Earle range and yet all you hear about on QVC is how may awards C&P has got! Just love the smell of the skin tonic....
    My sentiments exactly.

Alanis - I suffered with CFS for as a teenager. My school days were very unhappy because my teachers didn't believe I was ill & thought I was school phobic. I still have nightmares about that time. But going to uni, taking baby steps & entering a whole new world gave me so much confidence and I am glad to say it is all in the past. Don't let people put you down.

Vivh - so sorry to hear about your dog & thevicster my sympathies

Fiasco55 - if nail varnish can make one feel so much better, then maybe doctors should start prescribing it ;)
