I've just come on here to post something similar! The shoes I was looking at purchasing were £39.99 ..... they're now £49.99. :eek: That totally sucks. The Groupon deal originally looked really good...now it is not so good :mad::mad::mad:

Shoes arrived today however hubbys pair aren't very well done and do not match as one is printed higher than the other so you can't tell what some of the design is as it's been cut off

I must say I am totally disappointed that the company has chosen to increase the prices by £10 per pair of trainers since putting it on Groupon. Totally unethical and I will be cancelling my Groupon and not placing an order. What a con.

I have just checked and the trainers that I ordered recently have gone up by £10.

I would think that you would have reasonable grounds for a refund or new pair if the design does not reasonably match what you made on the web site.

I emailed Groupon yesterday complaining that since I bought my voucher the price had increased by £10 and got a full refund in my Paypal account today and an apology.

I don't wish to order from solecreator any more so I am going to ask for a refund from Groupon too.

This is a shame as I belong to a large dance group (nearly 200 members) so the potential for future business from my direction was huge. Ho hum! Their loss!

I ordered 2 Groupons and then discovered the price increase - I had 2 designs in my cart too.

I emailed Groupon and they said it's nothing to do with them and to contact SoleCreator, which I did and they put the phone down on me!!!
I was still going to order because I would still be saving money but if this is the way they treat customers I don't think I will, which is a shame as they would be ideal for my sisters birthday and my 8 yr old has designed his already. :mad:

I had a lovely email today from SoleCreator in response to a few concerns I had before I placed an order. The email for perfectly charming and clarified everything I wanted to know. I'll happily place an order with them. I will also, however, be happy to tell you all how the shoes turn out!
