Thanks for that SJN. I'm gonna go for it. For £14.99 inc delivery it's a bargain SC logo or not. I was on the verge of ordering the one to do myself and buy proper Converse from Amazon as they're always cheap and have deals but for what these are gonna be used for it's worth going this route.

The Groupon deals looks like a good offer. Can someone give me a brief overview of how Groupon works please. I saw it mentioned on Watchdog the other night so I'm a bit dubious about using it?

You just sign up, buy one and they usually give you a code which knocks it off the money you pay so....when you buy this deal (I paid through paypal) they charge you £10.
They email you a code (usually) and when you go to pay on Solecreator the code would knock £30 off your bill. They're a legit company as I;ve had deals before. They email straight away with correspondence and keep you posted. Their customer service is good too. Hope that helps.

I've used groupon a couple of times and I think Groupon is ok and as long as the company that you're buying the deal from is fairly stable, ie not likely to go bust before you redeem the voucher I think its generally all good. My only concern with the shoes is that some people have had fairly long delays with receiving their shoes but I think the groupon says to expect them in approx 14 days so they're already quoting longer than normal.

When do you anticipate the option to personalise the tongue will be available? Days? Weeks? Months?

The Groupon deal certainly helped swing me towards commiting to buy a pair!
I can't wait to order my trainers. My son and daughter are also pestering me for a pair too!
