Dear Sir/Madam,
I am sorry for the inconvenience caused; due to high traffic on the weekend there was a delay with return text messages containing voucher codes. Most messages have been re-sent and should be with you by now. If however you are STILL waiting for your voucher codes, please email back to confirm which leaflet codes you are still waiting for, and please provide us with your mobile number so we can retrieve your codes for you as soon as possible.
Regards,
Yasmine0 -
Bah! Typical
Well hopefully they won't take too long, that they've registered "that end" with O2 means they'll come back to you eventually, it's all automated so I guess nothing to do but wait and twiddle your thumbs.... any remaining codes send via another network.
You could make a wishlist of HMV stuff, plan your best savings and find the discount codes on this site to make you save that little bit more in the meantime:rotfl:0 -
After reading about the problems people are having texting from o2 sims I used an old easymobile sim to send mine.Sent 10 in total and they came back instantly.0

I'm sorry, been through that over website and am obviously very thick, but if anyone wants to explain, or PM me on what the exact process is to get these unlocked, that would be much appreciated.
I read on the other site about buying a credit, but I have no idea whats going on and didnt find any instruction, just assumptions?0 -
The person dealing with lost codes can be emailed at yasmine.morawej@bluestarmobile.com0

These phones are not easy or cheap to unlock. They are the iMode models and the imode will only ever work on O2.
However if you want to unlock to use voice and text on other network you need to take these to a shop for either a test point upgrade or even a soldering job. I was quoted £20 each in Swindon.0 -
Finally received mine this morning, ordered last monday. It has been with carrier company since last Wed!
Vouchers were in box, now need to find someone on network other than O2 to send codes through.
Huge thanks to OP, this has solved a few Christmas present problems.0 -
