Would any kind moneysaver with a spare phone consider selling it to me for a reasonable price? I'm gutted, had 2 orders mysteriously declined so I missed out. I have an L2 and have been looking for a good deal on a L6 or L7 for ages. If this applies to anyone please PM me. Thanks :)

I sent you a PM last night regarding this.

However, I have just noticed that Lidl are selling unlocked L6 (not i-mode) for £49.99 from Monday if that would suit you better.

Have been trying to ring bluestar this morning, eventually got through to be answered by an automated message to either txt them or to leave a voice message later but not now??

    How about everyone else?
All my savings are going on the family holiday!

Off to Majorca again this year ;-)

Currently still on phone to o2 who seem to have no idea about the offer, which doesnt bode well really. Helpful guy is emailing some other department with my details to try and sort it out.

Yep bluestarmobile number always gives an automated message (everytime ive tried. And no response to an email either)

Someone in an earlier post gave this number: 020 7317 2314 as a contact for bluestarmobile. (this appears to be a number for their chief executive Steve Clarke - havent called this yet) Seems a bit dodge.
  • Only managed to get 2 of the 5 HMV vouchers registered, other 3 say PIN incorrect.
Tried calling O2 and HMV customer services yesterday and no one there had a clue what i was talking about.
Tried calling bluestarmobile today and not answering telephone, still no reply to e-mail.
I did notice that "unique voucher code" was readable through its scratch off covering ?????.
Will hold out hoping for some communication / resolution.
  • If anyone gets a solution for those who text the code from an o2 sim but havn't received a reply could you please post it up as I only received replies to 2 out of my 10 texts and have been unable to get any help from hmv/o2/bluestar so far.

    Thanks,

Which network are you texting from? Some have mentioned O2 being slower to reply than rival networks. All of mine came through before I had a chance to put the phone down from sending the message - I was texting from Tmobile...

Yes it works fine with other networks but not O2. I am waiting for 4 codes from O2 so I texted the remaining with Virgin and they all came through fine within seconds.

Text from o2 on Friday night, got 2 replies saturday morning, still waiting for the other 8. Tried to text the codes from an orange sim subsequently but got 'incorrect pin' so it appears the codes have registered their end but the replies have either not been sent back to us o2 users or are just taking a very very long time!

Seems Bizarre that the o2 network should be the one not to work properly. Its now almost 72 hours since i sent my texts off and still only recieved 2, if i get the others back ill eat my hat (which will involve purchasing a hat first). I persisted with o2 on the phone and I am apparently waiting some department to get back to me (doubtful - anyone think im a bit cynical?).
