Perhaps you should say you want Lily Allen Not Fair!0

I think he is just having a laugh, if you love him and he has shown no violent tendancies then I wouldn't worry. I like Firestarter by the Prodigy but I am not an arsonist!!!
My brother had Morrisey's 'Heaven knows I'm miserable now' as his wedding song and he is still happily married 14years on!0 -
We had You say it best when you say nothing at all by Ronan Keating at ours. DH chose that. I wonder if he was trying to tell me something. LOL0

He thinks this should be the first dance if and when we get married, does this mean he has violent tendancies, should i be worried?
Sorry, I think this is a total mountain out of a molehill. It's just a song/genre he likes. I had a lot of modern country songs played in the background during my wedding reception because I love them - Tim McGraw rocks! I don't think the content of the lyrics were important. (Most country & western songs are about heartache, cheating, divorce, death, drinking, etc.)0 -
Maybe he just thinks it'll be fun? A bit different to all the other wedding songs that get chosen?
My DH and I had this for our first dance: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2sceKzIefFE
When we told people that we were dancing to "Nobody Loves You" they A. Had no idea what the song was and B. Thought the title was a bit weird for a wedding song...until they actually heard it and then could see why we chose it.2019 Wins

Lol, this is one of my hubbies favourite karaoke songs, he always dedicates it to me!
He doesn't mean it though, I think!! ;-)
We also had patience as our first dance song.2 angels in heaven :A0 -
When he says it is your song, was it playing the first time you... well, you know. It might have been on in the background and he might have remembered it so sees it as your song.
If it is then just think yourself lucky that a song holds such memories for him - in 2 years time he'll not be able to remember a single family members birthday or anniversary. And that includes yours!!
:rotfl::rotfl: You think I am joking!!0 -
Each time i come on this site, i am more and more amazed!!
My OH called me Princess F, lol as in Shrek...does that mean he likes to eat bugs and has a best friend whose a donkey?If it ain't reduced, i don't buy it! :j0 -
My OH loves to play on Call of Duty - he is one of the most easy going, gentle guys I know. I love Dragon Age video games which are full of gore.
"Art" in all its forms exists as an outlet for some of our feelings which we can't/shouldn't/wouldn't express in real life; just because someone likes violent films or songs with unsavoury lyrics doesn't make them a psychopath y'know...Barclaycard 0% - [STRIKE]£1688.37 [/STRIKE] Paid off 10.06.120
