Spoiled Holiday due to denied boarding by easyJet

I experienced the same nonsense, but this time at London Gatwick flying to Istanbul. ... our claim was denied...they insist we needed visas!
Does it clearly say on http://turkey.embassyhomepage.com/turkish_visa_information_turkey_visa_service_cheap_flights_turkey_hotels_ankara_travel_insurance_turkey_embassy_london.htm
that you and your wife don't need a visa?
If so, just write to easyJet at
easyJet Airline Company Limited
Hangar 89
London Luton Airport
Luton
Bedfordshire
LU2 9PF
with a 'signed for' letter and including details from the Turkish Embassy website and clearly demonstrate that you didn't need a visa and state your claim for compensation.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
Hi,
The other option is to look at www.holidaytruths.com & look under their complaints forum - there is a travel lawyer who may be able to help.
