Pernryn absolutely correct - can't cancel online - must have been a different policy (and old web link) when Hoofeheart did it last year!

So phoned up, trembling...
So I'm out of my min contract period for getting the super-dooper sky-hd box and so decided to cancel the HD sub (£10 a month) and also remove some elements of our package that I realise we don't watch any more - like the kiddie stuff (dd more "mature").
I reckoned this would be a horrendous process and would be passed from pillar to post with staff trying to offer short-term bribes, misinformation etc to keep the same package.
BUT NO!!! It was wrapped up in 10 minutes !:rotfl:
Gone down from £34 to £19.50.0 -

Thx, beer tooResult, well done.
. I should add that they dealt fairly with the fact I had an "old style pack (aka ancient)" called Family Pack. Online Account shows that he deleted this pack and then added 1 new pack, rather than attempting to remove 5 packs....
I'm sure I rang a few years back and she gave me some grief about my old-style package not being reconfigurable to the new....0 -
Hi,
I've had a Sky package for about 12 months now, at sign up we took out HD so we could get Sky+ and benefit from a cashback offer, which basically covered the cost of the HD for a year.
The HD costs £10.25 a month. Is it possible to cancel this and still retain the Sky+ element, without any increase in charge (Sky+ is £0 on our bill)?
Cheers,
TEI came, I saw, I saved.
