Downgrading SKY

First off, I should say I got the sky "Family Pack" in 1999 and have not changed it since (apart from adding HD).
So I presume that equates to having all 6 entertainment packs and I pay £27 for this portion.
We rarely watch any channels apart from what is now classified as the "Variety Pack".
So if I ask to remove the other 5 packs...
a) will SKY agree that my package is equivalent to the "6 packs" and can be thus downgraded, and
b) what saving will I make?

You could save another £10.25/month by cancelling the HD.As above, you'll save £5/month.
Remember you will only get the HD channels appropriate to the variety pack.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
You may be correct, however you can't cancel packages on-line.That gum you like is coming back in style.0
