    Good morning all!

Well, I cannot report any NSD's I'm afraid, I had a bit of a spend at Deben!ams Summer Sale day on Thurs. I got a pair of jeans, a summer jacket (much needed) and a new handbag (totally frivolous!) I finally managed to find a jeans that not only are flattering but also fit where they should!
Yesterday, I had to pay the boarding cattery to release puss and I was back at the dentist to have a root taken out.
The dental saga continues - next week I have to have the next set of impressions done and a broken crown attended to. Hopefully that will be the last of the extraction work! At least my mouth isnt sore any more;)
Not sure what we're up to today - if it stays dry I might go over to the garden centre and get my summer bedding plants. I'd like to get the garden planted up this weekend.
Anyhoo - I have to capture another couple of NSD's to reach target - they're as rare as hen's teeth for me this month!;)

Sorry to hear about the job SF - keep strong, the right job is out there for you!

    Have a lovely day everyone!:)

you will always be rich enough to be generous.

Not long back from a couple of nights away - all paid for with a bonus I got from work and had forgotten I qualified for this year :D

Went to York late on Thursday (called in to see a friend of the way, so didn't actually arrive until after Midnight!), and took part in the final run for Challenge66 on Friday - managing to run around 10 miles in total (though I still need to upload the info from my GPS to check exactly how far I did). Didn't do it all in one go though, as I knew I desperately wanted to do the final lap with Andy whose challenge it was...... and their were loads of us did that one with him - and stayed with him instead of running at our own paces. Without anything being said we all made sure he was first to finish that lap, even though he then had a small distance to go and do on his own to complete the 50km. Others weren't allowed to do that with him as it was on the actual course - the rest having been done inside the rails where the TV vans normally drive round. Even got to see myself (at a distance, and side on from the back) on the local news last night ;)

Stayed over last night as I was hoping to do some sight-seeing before coming home today, but a lack of communication between DS1, his house-mate and his house-mate's parents meant the lads were double booked as dog-sitters (at their place) from 9am today. As neither dog gets on with other mutts it did start to look as if I'd have to drive home straight after the run to retrieve mine, but in the end the other parents decided the other lad could stay at theirs with their dog until I'd managed to get back for mine (ASAP) today......

Whilst it would have been nice to be able to spend a few days in York (love the place, and haven't been since 2003), the atmosphere at the racecourse for the run made using a days leave from work, the travel, hassle with the dog and cost of accomodation well worth doing :T

Now need to catch up with some h/work that's been neglected for the last 3 weeks :o

And also need to sort out what I'm going to wear tomorrow night as I'm off out for a meal - hopefully followed by my first trip to the cinema since December 2005 !!

But before I start the h/work, I'm off to catch up on posts since Thursday evening...... and need to figure out how many NSDs I managed myself last week. I know Thursday, Friday and today have been spend days, but will need to double check my bill paying bank account to see how many of the other days since I last reported a total were/weren't.

    Hi folks,

Another spend day for me today, as I'm out tonight for an early big Birthday celebration with friends. I hope everyone is well and enjoying any spare sunshine, as there's none in Northern Ireland!

Hya all, back from work...finished my 6 day week...shattered, I am supposed to be part-time, but been doing two jobs, so the hours have mounted up. Next month's pay-packet will look good though! :D

Came home to find DH had cleaned the bathroom...sink, bath, tiles, and even the shower curtains!!! He's such an :A

He is off to the US tomorrow morning (leaving home at 5am ), and not back until Thursday, so we're on our own until then. This is not normally a problem, but we may have an injured DS1 staying for a bit. His GF rang while I was at work this morning...poor DS1 fainted in the bathroom this morning and bashed his face as he fell.

They are at the hospital atm, seeing how bad things are. He is worried he may have knocked out a number of his teeth. We will hear how he is once they get out of the hospital, he may come home for a few days. Luckily his Uni isn't very far away (about an hour's) drive, so we can fetch him if need be. I don't know if he has registered with a dentist, so he may want to use our one here. I'm not sure how far he has got with his exams this term, I have a feeling there are still a few more to go. Poor lad...I hope he's OK.

I would have shot up there this afternoon, but DS1 is an independant s*d and doesn't like to make a fuss, so we have to rely on his GF to persuade him to come home if it looks like he needs it. I'm just thankful she is there.
Sorry for the ramble, but I am rather worried atm.

On a more cheerful note, I have nabbed another NSD today, so that's 13 NSDs now. :j

Must go and get into the garden and see how things are growing ...want to sow more seeds and get the beans planted out this afternoon. Also keeping busy will stop me from worrying more.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend everyone.
