I was on the point of buying some local honey in the staff canteen,when I realised that it would to wait.

This month getting an NSD feels like drawing teeth....Hopefully another one tomorrow.

Hello all, hope a good weekend being had by everyone.

Have managed No 3 today and will be aiming for 3 in a row with 4 & 5 Mon & Tues - should be "doable" as back at work (bit depressed about that today:() and have bits for lunches.

Hope you have a ll had a great week-end...I am feeling better today. It started with a sore throat and general run down but after a week it became more of a problem with a sore tummy. I think I have worked out I get a really bad tummy when I eat to much sugar or white bread etc (simple carbs) Must try harder!

I even managed to stop myself from nipping to the shops yesterday, have to admit that was hard.

NSD Number 6 today. Having a really naff time at the moment so am not going out as just can't face the world. Have to go out tomorrow as need to go get some shopping in.
