Plumbing Adaptor

Hi All,

I am looking for something which I'm not sure exists.

Eg similar to the Y piece adaptor here
http://www.4cleanerfloors.net/cgi-bin/product.pl?PID=213690&query=FLDPLUMBING%20FLDTAPSADAPTORS&path=66991,325402:325429,513505

But it does not need to split in two & it should be n shape. Eg, fits to the thread facing up and leaves a thread facing down.

Thanks

    Eh?

What do you want it for?

  • You could just get a flexible hose or build your own from push fit or compression fittings depending on what its for.

Thanks for your replies. I'm not sure my message was clear! Basically, I have a pipe facing up & I want an adaptor that will make it face downwards. I have though of buying hose etc, but seems over the top and costly.

I currently have a hose pipe adaptor screw on. It just makes it a little awkward when I fit the hose. I would prefer it to face downwards or sideways instead of up. I am aware of self cutting taps I could use, but think it might restrict flow & is expensive. I'm also aware I could fit an outside tap, but that also isn't what I want to do.

    Buy a hoselock adapter.

They are about £4 or is that too expensive?

Might I ask as to why it's pointing up?

This thread is sort of going round in circles. Post a pic of what you've got in the precise location where you use it.
