  • Refund and retain, when they over charge you you get your money back and keep the items!!
There is a mispice thread on "Quick grab it while you can".
I tend to add the misprices to my shopping list, very useful!!

My husband will try another Tesco over Coventry way in the week. Hope he has better luck with the vouchers then.
  • used quite a few coupons today (2 x mail £4 book token, 2 x mail £2.60 tokens and a £1 quick read and 50p daz.....all taken no probs,,,even managed 3 more boxes of tesco washing powder R&R ;-)
  • I was planning to go to New Oscott Tesco this Thursday but may have to rethink now. They normally take five coupons but its ages since I have been over there (mother in law lives close to it - that reminds me I havent seen her for ages either!!!!:rotfl: ).

The last time I went to a Tesco that accepted coupons was 21st Nov and it was the Ashby one - the sa took most of my coupons until the machine beeped and told me to try it next time as I had reached my limit. Tesco at Sheldon wont take any and the Monkspath one usually takes 5 unless you get a nice Sunday lad.

Asda at Small Heath are still accepting them without a problem (or they were last Sunday) cant comment about Minworth as I very rarely go there but a neighbour works there so will ask her what the policy is.
  • To Tesco (or any other supermarkets) still take the vouchers for rival supermarkets?

I don't mean vouchers for money off a particular item - I mean the ones for say £6 off a £30 spend etc

    thanks

My husband did a shop over Coventry way. Got lucky with the lad who served him. Got £15 off in vouchers, including the £4 book one. That was almost half the shop. Anyone else that has any experience of New Oscott Tesco, please post. That's my nearest one. Thanks

Went into New Oscott yesterday and talked the cashier to death plus she fell in love with my two year old son who was being as talkative as his mother! She took all five vouchers that I handed over without a problem.:T

The mad person in front of me who spent over £440 handed in Tesco clubcard vouchers and the cashier had problems scanning those but eventually they went through taking the bill down to around £360. Wish they had been my clubcard vouchers but I wouldnt have been spending them in Tesco.:rotfl:
