Sky broadband problems, where do i satnd?

Hi all, Just wondering where i would stand with this. Been with sky broadband about 3 years now. Roughly 2 years ago we upgraded from 5meg (we were receiving about 2.5meg) to 10meg. We then only received about 2 meg. After complaining they stated the line could manage 4 meg, but the next day our speed went down to 1 meg.…

Yes you can improve your attenuation...by moving closer to your exchange.;) As penryn has pointed out, just be thankful that you're getting ANY sort of broadband. Other than making sure your internal wiring is ok, changing filters etc there's not much you can do
