Just been told that I'll be getting a performance related bonus in my pay in July of £500! This is the net amount after tax and NI. Decided that I'll save £300, spend £100 on my horse course, £85 on a cookery course for ATS and £15 on a take away.
Also, been paid out £69 from a cashback site, and whilst it hasn't hit the bank account yet, it is nice to know it is coming.

Fantastic news regarding the bonus and cashback.
Sorry the weight loss is not so good.0 -
Yay to be able to do the horse course! That'll knock the weight off! Congratulations on the bonus, clever girl :T I think the good outweighs the bad by quite a bit.

Quick update from me.
I applied for two jobs yesterday. I could do them both, they're well paid but the are both 60 miles away. So its a 'wait and see' on that front.
I've done my claim for £74 expenses for the last interview I attended, posting that off today.
Getting the car taxed today and also new shoes for DD and DS.

Withdrew another £40 from cashback today.
Didn't open an ISA for ATS as the one with the good interest has been withdrawn. Makes me glad I got in there when I did! Will scout around tomorrow for a good deal for him.
Made more progress in the back yard after work. Next step is to by some more stones. Try and price some up tomorrow.
No new mystery shops to apply for
Maybe tomorrow.

One mystery shop done today and three new ones lined up for next week.
One job applied for.
One job interview lined up for next Friday
Five stones bought for the back yard at an eye-watering £80, but they're fitted now and look amazing. What's more, that's the wall - finished!

Really good weekend. We worked out the back yard and it is slowly coming together. I painted the walls and put in a couple of small plants and ATS worked on the kids castle. We also worked out what extra tiles we need to be able to tile the hallway floor.
The gas rebate was due to arrive today, but it hasn't  How come they can take money off you in 5 seconds, but it takes weeks and weeks for them to return money to you?
I did get £14 in my account that I cashed out from TopCashBack last week, so that has been transferred over to the savings.
Had to cancel two mystery shops that we were scheduled to do next Saturday as DD's dance class isn't happening so we'd be going out of our way to do them and the cost of diesel wouldn't make it worth our while.
I have accepted another MS for Wednesday night though, and its paying £15.
Big news is we've got Everest coming today to price up our new french doors and kitchen window. I'm very excited, I know it's sad but it'll be amazing if we can get them in soon. I'll report back on the quote later.- Mortgage over-payments to date: = £16,746

Wow, what a day.
Firstly, ATS got a call about a short term contract. So he has 18 days work at £130 a day. This is brilliant news.
Secondly, I signed a credit agreement for our new French Doors and window! I'm slightly freaking out about this, as it means I am back in debt again to the considerable tune of £3983... However, we've weighed everything up and decided that it is worth it and we can afford it. And it means that we can get the cavity walls done immediately afterwards and make the downstairs much less cold and draughty before the winter sets in.- Mortgage over-payments to date: = £16,746

If you can afford it then it's okay. I know what you mean about freaking out about spending though. I get the heebie jeebies about any expenditure these days!
