why don't you come? i wish you could come.. i swear if you were here, i would take you, as i seriously can not find anyone. :-( poor OH got that as a present and those 2 for 1 spa things.. what are we like, that we dont even time for that? i mean i can make time, but as its a working day, it made it a bit difficult.

Hehe I don't think i can make it there and back in my lunchbreak. Besides I'd only encourage you and me to have some chocolate cake for lunch.

Think of it as time to relax before the wedding. Bear in mind that stress=cortisol=belly fat so really you don't need to gym it because you're still doing something.

hmm true. and i think this wedding has caused a lot of stress from day 1 and all the planning. yesterday my mum mentioed that we ought to go and look for another outfit as my saree wasnt bling enough. :0) i quite agree, as i would look like i was attending someone else's reception and not my own. :-( hmm

had a big lunch considering i wasnt hungry, so ate: a wheat bagel with salmon and cheese spread, a little bottle of innocence smoothie (Pineapple, coconut and banana) and a yoghurt.. oh no and a banana too.. I am a pig!!!

It is def a tad warm today! I am at London bridge, almost died in the train this morning! I have had a chicken roll and skips for lunch, though as it was so nice I wanted to go outside (which usually means buy s food!) but I was good, went to costa and brought a berry blaster instead! Yay- it was delicious! Your spa thing sound great Rups, I have one booke in august!

oh wow ur not far from me. i use london bridge to go home after work. ah ur good u got a yum drink from Costa. I love their other passion/mango chilled one. yum. feel really sleepy now and keep forcing myself to drink water as have a headache :0(

I got a groupon for a spa treatment in west hamstead. So as I got a week off without OH thought I would use it then. Training finished now, off home, whoooo!

ahh good old groupon. i bought a 5 hour photography course, which i still have to book. ;0)

These sites are so good in terms of bargain spa days or outings. need to find the time to do them :0(
