Welcome back ellay. Sounds like your holiday was excellent. You can't really go on holiday and not gain weight.
I've been totally rubbish this week. All stressed and then my stress response triggered resulting me eating everything. When H2b gets stressed he can't eat, but me, I need to eat everything in sight. Sigh.
Oh well, back on the wagon again tomorrow.
ooh and found some really gorgeous shapewear. h2b says its ok to spend the money but I'm a skinflint and it will cost £145 because I'm not sure if I'll need a strapless bra or not, so i'll need to buy both.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Everyone has blip days, please don't beat yourself up about it. Clean slate tomorrowcodemonkey wrote: »Too ashamed to come on here today. I've failed again.0

Oh what shapewear Codemonkey? There never seems to be any gorgeous shapewear! Don't worry about a slip, start again 2moro and wipe the slate clean.:T0

Sorry, forgot the link. When I say gorgeous, I mean, not a beige, unattractive sausage skin.

They have some gorgeous corsets too, but having worn one of their corsets, they're properly steel boned and I need more practice, because by the end of the night I was all heaving bosoms. Plus, the boning would change the shape of my dress. It did give me amazing curves though.
I've decided I need shapewear. It's looking rather like Aunt Flo will be paying her monthly visit, either on the day or immediately afterwards and I am cursed with the bloating.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
morning all. hope everyone is ok :0)
Looovely weather here but tha did not make me think about eating well. :0( i was so bad as well and in a weekend, i have gained a few pounds :-( i feel soooo bad. i didnt even gym it as i needed to last week so i let go and already today, i am tempted not to gym it. whats happend to me? :-(
hope everyone is ok. shall we all start again and have a good week? My fitting is next week. eeeeekkkk
hey ellay, glad u had a fab time.. just think of what lovely stuff you did there, and lets start again :0)
codemonkey, i hope the stress is less this week. thanks for the link but i cant open it here at work. idiots have banned it. grrrr

Good luck with the results of the interview.
I made the mistake of getting on the scales this morning to discover I'm 5lb heavier than I was on Wednesday. Surely even I can't have eaten an extra 15000 calories in 5 days, especially as I spent most of Saturday on the loo? Aunt Flo isn't due for a week and a half. What is my body doing?Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
oh no really? i thought that when i stepped on teh scales and i have forgoten that I am on at the mo. doh!! but i know that i have eaten more so i cant use that. hehe.
Thanks for that codemonkey. the thing is i REALLy want this job, but i have to calm myself.
Maybe your body is just retaining loads of water at the mo as a week before, my belly swells up like i am pregnant. :-(Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

I'm hoping that's it Rups. Going to try to drink masses of water today to see if that helps any. Must also go to the gym, especially as zumba isn't on this week. I did get zumba for the Wii through on Friday but I was too lazy to do it. From the packaging it looks pretty similar to just dance only with a belt to put the wiimote in.
One of my uni friends has been on one of those meal replacement diets for more than a year now and looks amazing. I don't think I have the willpower for that kind of thing.
I'll keep my fingers crossed about your job Rups.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
thanks hon..
ah those replacement things. yes. OH did that and he has lost so much weight that people have told him and i feel ewww as i cant shift it. so am wondering whether to do a few as well. he doesnt even follow it religiously. he took those tony fergusson shakes and took one in the morning andif he felt like it, ate something small at lunch and had a normal dinner with me. i dont knw. he looks amazing but like you said, i dont have the will power anymore. people always put it back on though, dont you think? well i did, when i did slim fast. :0(
ohh was going to say. have u ever tried those water retention tabs from boots? they are good. when i used to take them, my belly did actually look flatter. i may get them as well. evening primrose tabs really helped me this month and kept my mood swings at bay a bit too (apart from yest where i just went mad). lolBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Might have to add both of them to my massive list of supplements, in an attempt to eliminate the dreaded pms. Honestly I don't know how h2b puts up with me. If I'm not shouting at him, I'm bursting into tears. I also keep meaning to go to Holland and barrett and get some of their fibre pills. Apparently you take them before meals and they fill you up a bit, while making your body more efficient at getting rid of waste products, and they cost less than than the fulfil plus.Eu não sou uma tartaruga.
