just had the most awesome and not low fat at all dinner.

Breakfast: raspberry porrdge made with skimmed milk
Lunch: golden syrup porridge, banana and raisins.
Dinner: wholemeal baguette, mayo, steak, chorizo, onion and peppers, and onion rings.

So worth it.

Sounds good! I have just had the worst pudding, chocolate cheesecake! Really tired and just don't care! :eek:

Oh no. I've just got an email from my cake maker saying she wants to drop off some sample cupcakes on Thursday or Friday.

If I ask for Friday, what do you reckon the chances of me waiting for an s day are?

Well, I haven't been much better today!

b - shreddies with skimmed milk
l - scampi, chips and peas, low fat yogurt
d - half a quiche

Faaaat. I just can't seem to get a grip!

Morning everyone. :-) Slowfading you were that bad come on. some of us are too hard on ourselves (not me inc there btw).. Oh Jo, cheesecake is our downfall too. we used to have some everyday but we have stopped that bad habit. lol did you book the food festival thing then? i missed the Regents park one esp as i could have half price tickets through work. grrr

codemonkey your whole day of food looked yum. we had chorizo as well with some baguette and salad. yum. had a bad headache from yesterdays heat though, which felt much better after eating hehe. i was craving dessert and had my eye on those Thorntons caramel slices, but forgot aboutthem in the end, as fell asleep on the sofa watching a kung fu film. phew. :0)

got half day today as have that spa day. im just glad that can leave work earlier. erm i am meant to be working now though. oops... x

Know what you mean Rups. It's not raining here for the first time in days. The sun is out and I'm stuck in the office. Might take my lunchtime run outdoors today.

yum indeed. do you get these microwave porridges, as they sound very nice. i love the golden syrup one and i can never finish it. I know people say it keeps you full for a while but after my usual 3 hour period, i start getting hungry!
