Yay, well done Hadley!!!!! Any luck with pushing the dress fitting back a bit to allow you to lose more weight? I'm also off booze atm, am being very good foodwise. I have hardly any time to exercise right now with all the last-minute stuff - but am going to make myself fit it in!

Thanks guys, I seem to be fine during the day but at night I can't stop snacking. Thanks Hadley, I do need a hoof up the back side, you can do it too!! What's up with your mum (sorry if you've already discussed it, I havent read back all the posts yet)?0

Thanks Stir. Really need a good kick.
My mum is driving me mad with loads of things all of a sudden. All about her. She can't come to my uk hen night (arranged so that her and her mate's could come), "its too far for her mates to come nad go back and she won't drove herself. Also she needs to keep her figure and not drink as she can't look fat on the day". Then I have spent ages arranging a make up and haor trial for her and myself and once again she has backed out - she won't drive there etc etc. so it looks like now I'll be going to my hair and make up trial all on my lonesome  Feeling abit unloved at the mo I have to admit.0 -
Aw, poor you Hadley! If it helps, I have gone to nearly everything on my own and if it weren't for you guys and this board I would go mad!!! Hugs xxx7 Feb 2012: 10st7lbs

Oh Hadley thats rubbish for you :-(
I am feeling so sick and bloated today its horrible. Re-joined slimming world and so that should help me meal plan and get ideas for recepies etc.
Basically eaten fruit, salad and a jacket potato today. 53 days to go!0 -
Thanks Guys, Think my mother is driving me to drink.
I go to SW and its great for good receipes etc. the web site is good for ideas0 -
Decided to make a conscious effort to keep up with this thread to give me the motivation to keep going with the weight loss.
My weigh in on Monday am was 9 stone 1 lb. Unfortunately I had a bit of a family day out on Tuesday that involved KFC:o which tasted lovely but I know I'll pay for it later.
Back on the wagon now to be 8stone 7 lbs by January 2013.
Foodwise, Philaelphia lightest is my best friend at the mo:rotfl:You can use it in loads of dishes. Loads of summer fruit is in season, so therefore pretty cheap, at the mo so again, I'm taking advantage of that.
For those who snack in the evening. Get some big punnets of blueberries or strawberries (about 2pounds) and just pick at those as opposed to crisps or biscuits. Sometimes a can of diet coke is also just enough to get the sweetness craving sated too.0 -
My scales reckon I've lost 4lbs since Monday...basically each morning I've weighed and lost another lb. That's not really possible, is it? Wondering if I need to get some new scales0

Aw Hadley, hugs for you. Its really not what you need when you're already busy with finalising stuff ofr the wedding.
Thanks for the tip skatey, last night I wasn't bad, I re-started the Cambridge diet properly at the start of the week. I'm on level 2 so I get to have 3 shakes/ soups and then a meal at night, so last night I had chicken stir fry.
Daisie, do you have access to another set of scales or wii fit that you can compare it to?0 -

I do have wii fit but it won't show me if I've lost or not, if you see what I mean...because I always use my bathroom scales so even if they're wrong, at least they'd be consistent with themselves in terms of moving up or down?! You'd hope?! But maybe I should start using the wii. I just don't like it as I like to weigh in first thing in the morning, naked, after having been to the toilet (I know, TMI!) and before having had a drop to drink or eat...and I won't be able to do that on the wii.0
