I can never go home first! I always need to go at lunchtime or straight after work lol. If I go home I might go out for a walk/run/bike ride, but never to the gym.7 Feb 2012: 10st7lbs

Well I didn't have time this morning to pack my gym stuff, n I need to take out the washing to... Fun life I lead. :rotfl: I enjoy the gym when I am there, n it's a three min train journey, n 7 min walk, do its only 10 mins away!
I just can't sit down... Bcos then I don't want to get up again!:T0 -
It's taken a while! I Have only lost a stone in last 6 months. But the rest took a while... I guess I have only really ha my heart in it last 6 months really.
I gym 3-4 times a week, try n eat only vegetables for tea durin the week, (so soup, vegi chilli etc). Also cut out/ down puddings- I will have hot chocolate, petit filous instead. I cal count every day but weekends.:T0 -
That is really good going! I must start having lower-calorie dinners too, going veggie does help. Also am going to restrict my alcohol intake between now and the wedding!!! My invites are not long out for my wedding in July so I wouldn't worry. Not had too many back yet which is furstrating. Just had pizza i made from a bought base and then made a tomato sause and added low fat motzerella and deli counter meat all with a side salad ( including a boiled egg from my OH's friends chickens we're feeding for them). Did 1hr on the crosstrainer, should start to tone as well as cardio.0

I am picking my dress up from the alterations lady on Friday and despite being ridiculously excited, I'm a bit worried too! I think I have possibly lost weight (I hate actually weighing myself, prefer to go on how I look and feel), but in the gym recently I've been working on my back and now I'm worried about my stomach. Arghhh there's always one bit I don't like...Married my wonderful husband on 8/9/12 :j0
