  • Evening all,

    Welcome Kelbag and Daisi. :D

I am being SO good this week. If the scales don't show a humongous loss I am going to buy some new ones that do. :)

I have eaten no more than 1,200 calories every day and burnt off 500 in the gym every night. All with the aim of being back weighing 10 something by weigh in on Thursday! I need a 3lb loss.
Today was day 8 at the gym in a row, I hate the place but I guess it's a necessary evil.

It will be the first time I've been in the 10's for nearly 2 years! My aim is 9st 7lb(weight I was when I met OH) so still a long way to go.

Everyone seems so positive today. :D Yay! We will all reach our goal weights. (I doubt before the wedding for me, but I'll get there!)

    Morning All,

Hi Kelbag and welcome back daisi :T

Well, I have been brave and brought my SW stuff into work. Don't care who sees them. I need to be brave and be prepared to use them if I want to reach my goal of being a beautiful, gorgeous slim bride :rotfl:So today is a proper start - I ned to follow SW 100% and sort myself out some proper exercise. I will do this... especially with all you kind people supporting me. Thanks so much everyone.
  • go for it Hadley, you may be surprised who else is on SW or WW when you are open about it.

    Thanks Brightside.

Its just me being silly. But now I'm out and proud of being on SW. OH just couldn't see what the issue was .. but then he never does about anything - would be so nice to be a man:rotfl:

    Morning ladies! :)

Welcome Kelbag and welcome back daisi! :j

It has been a busy evening on here yesterday? Just caught up reading everyone's posts. :)

Hope you can make it today Jo, and Hadley go with whatyou feel is right. If you want to tell people, then go for it. It might actually make you feel better and motivate you as you chat about it? :)

last night was a killer! Kung fu was tough, so i had a jacket potato before the session, and after the session i had a protein bar which did the trick. I am going to invest in a few bars now as they are quite filling and serve the purpose after a hard session. :) Hubby was grumpy though as he felt he didnt have a good session, so i left him to it and in the end went to bed grumpy! grr! men!!

i am too tired to go for body pump today! zzzzzzz

Rups - Kung fu sounds exhausting. Men eh? Sometimes is it better just to leave them to it.

I have decided that I do need to be honest about being on SW. Not going to broadcast it, but will not be scared to admit it - this will then allow me to look on the web site etc at work, at the moment I try and sneak a look. :o Anyway, as Jo says I can't let my pride stop me winning - which in this instance is losing weight. :j

Nothing wrong with a 2 finger kitkat! :)

yes hadley, did leave him to it, but i am one of those people who get affected by the mood of others, so as he was so grumpy, i went to bed grumpy too!! humph!!! so today i am still grumpy to him!! besides he ruined my mood when he told me he was going to have drinks with this girl (who is single) and she had asked if she could meet the two of us, and he jumps up and down to make sure, he gets to have a drink separately with her!! she is his friend from work! am i being too silly here? put me straight if you have to. my weight insecurities open me up to all sorts of jealousy! grrr
