Well done Jo. :T You'll be extra motivated the rest of this week to break that 10st barrier I'm sure.
Love the muffin chat. I'm the same, but with crisps, sometimes I dream about them. :rotfl:
Congrats to everyone else that lost and to those that didn't it's probably water weightyou'll have extra big losses next week.
I'm at 11st 3lb now, really trying this week to try and shift that 3lb! 3.5lb would be lovely (but probably impossible, about a 10,000 calorie deficit!) I want to be back in the 10's!!! The thought of this is meaning I'm doing longer than normal every day in the gym though, so can't be a bad thing!
It's jeans day in work today, but I still can't fit into mine, tried this morning, I look like I just don't want to donate to the charity! I absolutely refuse to buy a bigger size though. :rotfl:Debt at 1/5/09 £21,996 _pale_

Haha that never works for me either. I think 'this one might be better' and if it is still only ok I have something else to make up for it! haha0

I totally understand Giddy! I have been puttin off clothes shopping for soo long, but it has just come to the point where I thought stuff it! If I have to then buy smaller clothes in a few months (optimistic I know) then that just means more shopping!
I really needed new clothes!

thought i'd join you all on here for a bit of support.
I lost about 3 1/2 stone in weight a couple of years ago, and kept it off with a combination of stress and exercising like a maniac.
Last May all that changed when I met H2B, my bad eating habits went overnight as I was happy. I now eat normal food in normal portion sizes, and don't do hours of exercise everyday to burn it off.
All good, except i've now got a wobbly belly and arms.
I'd love to lose about a stone, and the belly. I'm doing the Edinburgh moonwalk in June so need to start training for that which will help.
The dog needs to lose a pound or two as well so it looks like a lot of walking for the two of us.When you're chewing on life's gristle, don't grumble, give a whistle.

Just wanted to say goodnight to everyone and thanks for all your support. Probably won't be popping on over the weekend, so will see you all on Monday. I will try really hard to be good this weekend.Looks fairly clear, so should be ok. Infact will probably end up washing and ironing - so might get some exercise done.
take care0 -
Hope everyone has a good weekend
Wonder where Rups has been? Hope she is ok.
I did have one chocolate at work but not bad. I have bought a nice size potato to have jacket potato for dinner. Yummy.
Am off on a course mon-wed again next week which means more tempting pastries and biscuits. I will be good!!
Have a great weekend everyone0 -
Welcome Brightside. Sure you can walk off a stone by June. We all have a weigh in on a Thursday/Friday, feel free to join in if you want to.
I'm having a pretty good weekend, fitness wise, managed to avoid going out for Friday after work drinks last night and did 2 hours in the gym instead! Today I've also been to the gym, just for 40 minutes this time. My plan is to go to Zumba followed by legs, bums & tums in the morning.
Only downfall is I ate a bag of crisps. Oops. I'm still under my calories for the day in my fitness pal though, so don't feel too guilty.
I need to carry on avoiding alcohol until the wedding I think, I'm so much more active in the daytime when I haven't been out the night before!
Hope everyone is having a fab weekend. xxxDebt at 1/5/09 £21,996 _pale_

Morning all. Hope everyone had a good weekend. I feel like I didn't stop as we had a clean out on sat, then ha to get boxes an go shopping etc on Sunday. I need a break from my weekend. Food wise, don't think I was as bad as I think. Had a roast sat night, so that wa fine, large glass of wine an a beer (that bit not good), an I tried to make a very unhealthy pudding but I totally failed- so didn't really eat it! Sunday went out for breakfast, had a small lunch then soup for tea. So can't have been too bad. A whole day of cleaning must have burnt a fair few calories!:T0

I'll try to do a regular Friday weigh in.
It's been a very up and down weekend, two nights out, drunk lots of pear cider but pogoing on the dancefloor too, which will have burnt some off.
And 8 hours over two days in the garden mainly doing heavy lifting and digging
H2B also wants to lose weight as his bike leathers are a bit snug so he is stopping buying cakes and puddings and going on the healthy eating kick too with occasional treat. When you're chewing on life's gristle, don't grumble, give a whistle.

I find OH trying to loose weight too has been a great help! I was really struggling before he joined me as he would serve up huge portions an always have pudding etc.
I have got to go shoppin during lunch today, but am planning on going swimming tomorrow lunch.:T0
