Well done on resisting Jo. :T
  • Does resisting burn calories? So if I resist for half a day I can have half a muffin.. :rotfl:

Oh what a shame about putting on Hadley. But it isn't much and it was necessary to try the wedding menu. You can totally still loose the wright you want to. Try and stay positive and it will really help :)

I have had porridge for breakfast and just had carrot and cucumber stick with pitta and hummus. Ive got yogurt coated strawberries too but may save them for a bit. There is a new box of chocolates downstairs from a happy client. Very nice of them but oh so tempting!!

No idea what to do for dinner as OH has gone to his mum's for the weekend. He is getting a hair cut as he has worked out this is the prime time to get it done so it looks its best at the wedding. Heehee

Bit early isn't it?! Thought it was a week before for peek time?!

I have just had my toast. Got one Jaffa cake left. Then the muffin will start calling me....

"Jo... Jo eat me.... I'm soo tasty.... You know you want to..."

"No muffin, No! Stop it!" (rocking backwards and forwards in chair.) :rotfl:

Ok, muffin half one. The other bit is in the bin. :o

I will have 5 cups of green tea to increase my metabolism for today. On my third now. If I have five then that half is only 50 cals. In my crazy messed up muffin filled mind.

Haha he doesn't like it how they cut it at first and likes it after a few weeks lol. Plus we already have plans for the next two weekends so this one was better than the other options. I need to get round to getting my ends trimed really.

Oh well half a muffin isn't too bad Jo. Was it nice? I am being strong and have no naughty things aside from on special occasions between now and the wedding (that's the plan anyway).

Don't think I will be exercising this evening either as need to clean the bathroom, tidy the flat and hoover before my friend gets here haha.

    Cleaning counts!

It was good. But not entirely sure it was worth it. Which I suppose is quite good- I MAY be less tempted next time. But probably not. :rotfl:

My weigh in is tomorrow morning as its the only morning i really have the time!

Been really bad food wise this week, as have been working late, skipping meals, snacking (But healthy snacks - had 2 fun size toffee crisps in tuesday though - as I'm now off them for lent!)

And out for dinner tonight for my mums birthday and tomorrow night with friends

I'll have to try and stick to the healthy (or healthiest!) options which will be hard - tonights a mediaterrian restaurant, tomorrow, the dreaded chinese!
