    Oh yeah a jacket potato would be yummy!

    I am having a not brilliantly healthy lunch but the cupboards are looking a little empty at home lol. I've got carrot and cucumber sticks, with pitta and hummus and then a packet of crisps. I had breakfast biscuits this morning. So not awful but only 2 of my 5 a day so far. Will have a leathy dinner. Just don't know what yet!! heehee

    It tasted fine. But I am wondering if it was ok now.... I feel properly sick.... :(

    Oh no poor you Jo. Hope you feel better soon. There is probably some type of tea you could drink to ease your stomach?

    oh jo hope you are ok,. what did the panini have? hope its not serious? sometimes they put so much cheese in it and that makes me feel yuck at times. get well soon.

    i went to town and it was beautiful! It feels like summer today.. so me and this girl went to DP and just looked around and that was it. i was starving so ended up getting a chicken sandwich and crisps with apple juice. the sandwich is yuck and bland! :(

    There was no cheese. I think it must be something else as I also have crippling stomach pains... Don't think it can happen that fast!
