    Hi Everyone,

A 1lb gain is ok Megan - especially at this time of year. I am dreading going for my weigh in at SW on Thursday - as have been drinking and eating bad things all last week. Was stayng round my mums whilst step dad in hospital and it was grab whatever we could really. :o

Upset as thought I'd be able to lose the 3lbs to get to a stone loss by this Thurs, but doubt it very much now unless some miracle happens.:rotfl:

have a headahe from hell - so off to take some asprin might make my team a drink whilst I'm there. Such a nice person aren't I :rotfl:

Thanks Rups. My soup really filled me up too, I haven't had my blackcurrants yet; will eat them on the walk home I think.

We are SO busy at work at the moment it is really stressing me out and making me want to eat :(

Stay positive sugar and hadley; it's Christmas give yourselves some leeway :)

heehee I know! I do love soup though and always try to make my own as it is so easy and a good way to use up the left over veg.

That's good that you are eating healthily Rups :)

Think I may make curry for dinner now after all the talk earlier heehee

Because it is a lot easier to take care of others! That's how the phrase "do as I say, not as I do" came about! :rotfl:
