heh you just made me remember when I went out for a meal with my colleagues, a few of us ordered Shredded Beef with Chilli. At the end of the meal they said "Wow that was really spicy". I was surprised as I had completely forgotten it was supposed to be spicy as I didn't taste any spice at all.

I would need a huge jug of water to myself for that then!!

ohhh must tell us how that tastes please! :0) have never ever tasted a vindaloo. Since coming from Kenya to this country, i had discovered all these curries and their names. Found them weird, as coming from an Indian background myself, i didnt know about their different names. ;)

I've never tasted a vindaloo before either but that is because I rarely eat Indian food as I prefer Chinese. I will tell you how it tastes if I can taste anything at all.

I like eating chinese out as I can never make it taste as nice as they do (probably because I don't add MSG lol). There is one chinese restaurant that knows me and my group of friends very well because we are there so often. I tried making my favourite meal there myself at home and I got close but I can't get it right. This place is also the reason why I find it hard to lose weight because I crave their food a lot.

I am no good with spices either! I always go for mild curries, heehee. Jo I had Vietnamese food a little while ago in camden and it was really nice.

Today I had porridge for breakfast (again!) have got homemade sweet potato and red pepper soup with a mini babybe! light, some pineapple and yogurt coated blackcurrants. Our cupboards are looking bare of lunch stuff. Need to go shopping.
