Code- yeah I am doing home made chocolate slabs with fudge chunks round the edge and the date piped on with white chocolate :) then we are designing the wrapper to have all the important information on it so people can eat the chocolate :) Everyone knows the date and venue anyway so we thought there was no need to do 'normal' invitations so may as well do something different and fun heehee

Just had pesto potatoes, mini corn on the cobs and Linda McCartney sausages for dinner yummy and pretty healthy.

We do talk about food lots but we do encourage each other too! :) Personally I find it helpful knowing there are others who struggle with food too and enjoy the group atmosphere of the thread.

Wow love the sound of your invites Emm!:)

N Hadley, if you don't eat or drink yes, but it would be because you are literally empty! So wouldn't count! :D n I feel the need to put a disclaimer on that comment... Don't do it!

Oh dear Rups. I feel for you with your dull training!

I've just had beans on toast (again! heehee) for lunch and have an orange to eat in a minute. I had porridge for breakfast as always. I am so predictable!

    I wear a Polar FT60 watch http://www.polar.fi/en/products/improve_fitness/fitness_crosstraining/FT60/

I like it because it can also talk to the polar machines at the gym I used to go to. Also I was curious what a British Military Fitness workout was (about 750 calories for the hour). Since having to stop most exercises, it isn't as useful and it keeps complaining that I am not following its exercise program but I use it now and then. I took it on a 4 hour walk up a hill and I burnt 2300 calories  It's more accurate than the gym machine calorie burn count and I can also tell if my heart rate is too high and I need to slow down on the exercises. I can also upload my data to my computer which shows everything on graphs and stuff.
