I am definately an emotional eater, so if I am bored or tired or upset etc I eat junk. But then it doesn't really make me feel any better and then I an angry at myself for eating unhealthily. I still do it though!0

Try not to think of it as a diet, just cutting down & healthly eating:D
A year ago I did this & increased my exersize, don't laugh but i do the hula hoop. I stand in front of the tv for at least an hour every night & hula away my OH has got used to dodging me while he's watching tv too :rotfl:
By the beginning of March I had lost a stone & half:D I weight 10s 2lb at my worst so was pretty pleased. I'm just trying to maintain it now but doing ok, lucky for me I love fruit & salad & don't really like chocolate & crisps so it's a bit easier - I do love cheese though!Married the man of my dreams - 10th September 2012, St Paul's Bay Lindos :jIt was amazing.
