    I have the opposite problem! I need narrow shoes! N I have found a gorgeous pair, just need to decide on the 6.5 or 7 (American sizes).

    b - cheerios with skimmed milk - 143.5 cals
    l - HM omlette (262) 2 jaffa cakes (84) - 346 cals
    t - 1 chicken fajita (455) salad (30) pineapple (80) - 565 cals
    Total: 1054.5 calories.

    Got to keep plodding along :)

    Re: shoes - I need to find mine too! Eek. Can't decide on what I like though :p
