Sf and Jo are you eating enough? It may be that you aren't eating enough so your body is storing what you do eat.
Yesterday was ok, porridge for breakfast/lunch, twiglets as a snack then out for an indian with OH and FIL to be (not so good but I had lemon sorbet for afters rather than the choc brownies the other two had).
Breakfast was porridge, so far so good but now I have cakes in the oven...oppss0 -
No, I have just had a bad month! Need to do more exercise... !:T0

Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Fair enough. I know that feeling! Just don't be too hard on yourselves! You are doing really well
I have also realised it is just over 5 months till the wedding  I need to get back to being really good so I can look amazing in my dress!0 -
Ok. I really don't get it. I was good all week. I didn't eat any bad stuff. So why have i gained 3lbs? I'm now heavier than I've been in 4 years. What the heck is happening? I'm certainly not overreating by 3000 calories every day.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0

6 months today until my wedding :j
I don't understand it either. I have done everything I was supposed to with the diet (apart from 2 meals) but my weight stayed the same.
I weighed myself everyday and it starting to show a pattern. Monday my weight starts going up until Thursday and then it starts going down again until Monday.
Even though I'm never hungry, maybe 1200 is too low because my two bigger losses in a day were both the day after I ate chinese at a restaurant.0 -
Sorry to hear that you 2.
Olokia I would say that 1200 is too little, Esp if you do any extra exercise with it. Even 1/2 an hour walking burns over 100 cals.
Code- I have no idea?! Maybe because you were doing so much before the wedding you had sped up ur metabolism, and now you have slowed down, so has your metabolism?:T0 -
Since Friday I have been eating more when I exercise to try to keep my net calories at 1200 minimum. I tried and got an average of 1148 calories net daily. Didn't make a difference.
It seems stupid to eat more to lose weight but I guess I should eat 1400. I've always had a problem with trying to lose weight. I just don't seem to be able to.
Exercise not going well. When you hurt your knee when exercising, the fluid on your knee can leak and cause a cyst at the back of the knee. I got this and I didn't even hurt it.
Wedding shoe hunting when ok. Apparently the brand is bringing out their new collection in January so I might try to wait until then. I also need to travel to Bristol as that is the nearest stockist that will have their full range.0 -

Jo, I think I broke my metabolism. Either that or my hormones are crazy. I'm loathe to go back to the doctors though cause they were quite dismissive of the weight issue last time - just got told to come back if my monthly lady bleed stops.
It's so depressing. I'm just getting bigger and bigger and now am officially overweight
it'll be better when I can get back to the gym, but for now, back to eating the fruit through the day and hopefully that will restart it.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Well that's not particularly helpful then?! Some doctors can be really rubbish. I don't really like the dr I have seen a couple of times, but I just ask to be referred to a specialist! Then I don't have to see him! But he just refers me without looking at me... Luckily I don't really go very often, I used to have a great doctor when I live at home, but apparently I can't go there when I live 100 odd miles away!:T0
