My doctor is rubbish too. She made no comment of the fact I had lost 2 and half stone and simply said 'if' I loose a bit more then I could drop down on the pill. She put me in a really bad mood. Still not as bad as the other dr in the practice who told me I can only know who I am sleeping with and that my OH could be sleeping with other people and I just don't know! How rude.

Code I know it's easier said than done but if you try not to fixate on your weight you may find it easier to just eat healthy and exercise when you can and it will go back down.

Had poridge for breakfast and am going out for lunch with a college.

hello ladies how are you all?

was feeling ill this morning, so took half day as sick.:( went to bed with a slight headache, which didnt improve at all this morning, and ithought my right side of the head was going to explode. was sick too in the morning. ewwww..

am at work now but feeling drained and groggy.

have been reading your comments, and i think that the mind has a lot to do with it too. i know this sounds like loopy stuff, but having seen people who have a guilt-free relationship with food and their bodies are naturally losing weight. and thinking of that, when i was on honeymoon, not once did i think of food in a negative way, even though i was eating icecreams and desserts and lots of pasta, and i lost weight! once even the lady at the SW group told us that if we fancy dessert, have a mini-chocolate as that will fulfill the craving and we wont feel guilty, and even she said, with any guilty you feel, you put it on. i believe that so much.. hence the Paul McKenna book as well. ok will stop now. sorry if went on and on.

Em your shoes are so cute and glittery.. i love glitter. :0) and that was so rude of your GP! gosh..when i lived with my mum, her GP was so rude and as she was Indian, she felt she could say whatever she wanted and was so judgemental. thank god i didnt go to her for any fam planning advise. hehe cow!!!

i was naughty at the weekend. yesterday had a slice of coconut sponge and some crisps too. was boredom too as was indoors all day. lol

saying that, i stupidly forgot my pills at work and so just tried to eat when hungry (yesterday that failed), but this morning, i weighed myself, and i have lost weight.. i have to convert it to pounds as always weigh myself in kgs. :) (old Kenyan habit), but have def lost and can feel it, and my pjs are getting looser. :0)

too drained to celebrate.. need a new dress. hehe
    xx

sorry for the long rambling convo. lol

Maybe u should try to eat more at breakfast or lunch rather than tea Olokia. It is easier to digest during the day. Although I realise I am hardly one to talk?!

    well done ladies!!! :0)

def i agree that eating fewer calories might end up with the body not using anything up then?

Oh dear Rups! Gald you are starting to feel a bit better at least :)

I had a yummy vegetable kebab for lunch with rice and salad (but also hummus and bread) was really nice though and i will have a healthy dinner so its all good. Heehee.

Definately agree Rups about it being a mental thing and I really hope that when the time comes for me to have children that I can have my relationship with food sorted so i don't pass it onto them.

gosh yes, i didnt think of that. My sis-in-law has so many issues weight-wise! she is so slim, she is obssessed about gaining weight, and when she was pregnant, she has health issues as she wasnt strong enough to have a normal delivery. she strgulled and then was ill later. silly. i couldn't do that. i think i will eat for the world when i have kids. hehe

better book my gym classes now as missed today and yesterday. does house work count for buring calories? :p

Ok thanks I will try that then. Hmm a Muller Rice could fit in nicely at lunch and that can be 100 of my 200 extra calories I need to find.
