forgive me forum for i have sinned and cancelled my gym purely because of laziness.:( i feel terrible but i can not be bothered. am sitting at my desk eating my yucky ham sandwich.
how do we all motivate each other?

I too have sinned (or synned in SW terms), 2 colleagues have just brought their babies in and we went out to lunch to Wimpy. Had a steak panni and chips with diet coke
Though did really only eat the meat out of the panni.
Feeling really broody now and depressed... but think its that time of teh month thing. Want to curl up in a corner and cry.
But motivation would be brillient...0 -

I was never doing the shred, I just want 2 get my but in gear! Once it's a habit it won't be too bad. It's just getting there. Think I will go back to the no s diet. I was doing well when I had no deserts during the week days.:T0

Hi all, not posted for a while, get married in two weeks time and when got weighed last week, had managed to get to my goal weight of 9st 3lbs so have lost 11lbs, woo hoo :j:j
I started in April this year and must admit that I peaked too early, getting down to almost 9st and had lost loads of inches. Gradually put some back on but have managed to maintain for the last month or so, not saying I can keep this up as I LOVE my food but just need to be good for the next couple of weeks - last fitting this Thursday, help!
One thing I will say, been really stressed this past week or so, maybe that helped. And try not to diet too much IYSWIM as when you peak you find it harder to stay motivated and anyway, no-one wants to look too skinny do they?! Good luck everyone, I will enjoy putting on those 11lbs on honeymoon, unless I get some 'extra' exercise0 -

Think you may have posted at just the right time to give those of us who are struggling some motivation. :j(look that's me jumping - I can do exercise after all :rotfl:)0 -
Oh dear everyone is lacking motivation at the moment aren't they. Hmmm...not sure what to suggest. Try to think about the dress (although that doesn't help you Rups! maybe try thinking back to how amazing you felt?) and how you want to look on the day. Be realistic; don't deny yourself everything cos you will then just go made and eat loads. So try to have a little of what you like rather than lots. I have learnt recently that I can't have stuff in the house that I like as I can't resist and do portion control so it is better if I just buy it when I am out.
All I ate yesterday was half a dry piece of toast and a mouthful of beans and even that didn't stay downwas feeling quite a bit better this morning so had porridge and went to work only to come home again after 30 minutes! Then spent the morning asleep. Am considering food but not sure what cos my tummy still feels funny. Hope I get back to normal soon. On the plus side this bug should cancel out my treats that I had at Thorpe Park and Chessington last week!

swinstie congrats. thats amazing!! right i am going to sneakily look at a SW place now as this is going on way too long. feeling sluggish and yuck now.. yeah i need to visualise something new as i cant go on the way i am.
maybe going back to the HOT PT will help? what do u think? hehe..
