Funny someone should mention jaffa cakes lol, as they are my secret weapon in weight loss. A few of these a day satisfies my sweet craving, and they are only 43 cals each (and only 1g fat)
Love them lil mofos! lol. I highly recommend them as a change to higher calorie 'sweet' snacks out there - just don't eat more than 4 a day (oops!)

Morning Everyone,
Hope you all had a good weekend.
Rups - you are entitled to be bad you are now an old married woman :rotfl: I love Broadstairs:)
AS for me - I was a rather bad on Sat. Car in for service at 8am - OH came with me to drive me back so we went to wetherspoons for brekkie. Naughty I know, but at least I had a cup of tea with mine (OH had beer), then when we went to pick it up again, we went to a pub for a couple. Think we appreciated that we could sneak out for an hour or so without one of the kids wanting something.:) That sounds bad - the kids are 13 and 17 by the way.
But was very good on Sunday - totally followed SW diet. I am determined to get to my 1/2 stone loss on Thursday - even if it kills me (more if possible - but not expecting a miricale). So if anyone has any motivation/tips to throw my way.:rotfl:0 -
ah Hadley you are sweet.
i wish i could help esp the way i have been, but will try.. are you gyming? that will def help it? i just remembered that have to try and join you in SW. lol. see i already forgot.
i wish i could leave it to me being married now, but i know for myself, if i dont look after myself or eat well,i will put on weight, and then i will feel yuck and hubby will feel that too and i will be back to square 1 of feeling yuck and then worrying he will leave me.. agggghhhh.. well most importantly, its so i can feel good for myself. hehe.. ok have to start tomorrow!!!Thanks Hadley. xxxBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Rups I am sure your hubby loves you whatever size you are. But I know what you mean about feeling yuck; you feel better when you are eating healthily even if it's not always easy.
My weekend was a bit of a write off diet wise but I did enjoy myself. I am ill now thoughgot a stomach bug or something been throwing up all morning so at home feeling sorry for myself. Haven't eaten anything yet today as feel rubbish so silver lining and all that. Don't think I will weigh myself later though, it can wait till tomorrow.

Well have had my SW lunch - so feeling pretty pleased with myself at the mo. Also ventured out into the town - just really to walk down the stairs and get some fresh air. Doesn't really count as exercise, but its something as its 4 flights each way, so will have walked them 4 times by the time I goi home and then stairs to the car park as well.
On a serious note, I need to find an exercise that suits me.. Don't mind walking, but not keen on doing that alone in the dark at night or around where I work in daylight as its rather rough. Any ideas welcomed.0 -
I am soo hungry.
I am starting to think there is something wrong as I have been starving all weekend!
I eat and I am still hungry. Feel like a bottomless pit!
My knee is playing up again too, so havn't even done my lunchtime walk today. Hadley, the area I work in is rough too! The route I have taken the last few work days has a good view tho... I can see anyone coming! No corners etc, all quite open. Under no circumstances would I do it in the dark/ dusk though! H2B would not be impressed!:T0
