Doesn't help that my cold has returned. I do not want a cold on my birthday.

Well I have just had a cupcake! It was homemade. Looked fab, taste even better. Don't even feel guilty it was worth it. I have told my OH, i said I will bring my shortbread fingers back (won't eat them). He said he would check. Then he will make me feel bad if I have eaten them!
I did turn down the second cupcake tho! And that was no mean feat with the deliciousness of the first!!:T0 -

We have had no internet at work today which added to all other elements of my rubbish day so am going to enjoy the lovely weather with nice treats for OH's birthday weekend and not feel guilty. Or that's the plan anyway.

Welcome Eion! Tried to post a couple of times over the week and its not worked grrr! Not got the internet just my phone. Well I've lost 12lb over the 3weeks so chuffed but I know a lot will be water weight from starting a new diet. I had a chip butty for brunch and chicken chow mein for tea so not a good day at all but no wine in sight! Eion I sympathise with the diet coke, I am also an addict! One step at a time, atm I'm still sticking with it as my little calorie free (or close) luxury and give it up at a later stage. Didn't get to the gym today as went straight from work to mil2b's for chinese but been the last 3 nights.0

Ok, today I have eaten 1400 cals. That is 100 under my limit so i am happy with that! Also burnt off 100 cals in the morning on the wii fit.
Will try and do well tomorrow too. May eat more, with ice cream, but will do a bit of walking. (dawdling around to the village etc!)

Ice cream? Yum! Watched masterchef austrailia tonight they were making ice cream put me in the mood for it. Lemon sorbet is nice as a lower cal option. 1400 is very good, are you on a particular plan or just cal counting?0

Just cal counting atm. I was doing the no s, but wanted to know how much I was actually eating. So started cal counting instead.
Well it's going to be warm tomorrow... N there are loads of ice cream parlours near me... One of them does delicious Italian style ice cream, so may not be able to stick to the sorbet!:T0
