Well done on the body pump Rups.
I did go to the gym and ended up doing 45 minutes rather than the 30 I meant to. Oops. Feel like some of those were wasted cause I went on the bike and that doesn't burn many calories so I did an extra 5 minute sprint on the treadmill to make up for it.

Right girls, have a great evening. I am totally exhausted from the info overload, so want to go home and have a nice bath, and hopefully eat some nice stuff. there is still cheesecake from last night. grrr lol. speak later or tomorrow, and i am back at my desk for another 2 weeks! yay..:)

Hi folks,
I'm a bit late in joining the party, but just spotted this thread today. I have just over a year to go - the big day is 27/07/12. I'd like to loose half a stone minimum, but a stone would be nice! So it's not a lot to lose really, but the problem is I have zero will power and love everything that is bad for me! We are proper skint as well due to paying deposits for venue etc. and saving for the wedding so I am reluctant to pay for the gym or fat class, but I'm thinking walking / jogging would be a start at least.
I've tried to diet in the past and have lost a few pounds, but then fell off the wagon and put it all back on and more! I'm hoping the wedding will be the motivation I need!
Looking forward to reading all the success stories on here to spur me on!0 -

Great name. Cake is awesome.
May I suggest the No S diet which is the plan a couple of us are following in here. It's easy. 3 rules only, and one exception (this is as much to remind me).
No Snacks
No Sweets
No Seconds
Except (sometimes) on days beginning with S (Saturday, Sunday and special days e.g. your birthday and those of family members and friends, holidays like Christmas)
So basically, you have whatever food you want for breakfast, lunch and dinner as long as it fits on one plate (so a sandwich and crisps or a sandwich and a yoghurt is ok, but not a sandwich, crisps and a yoghurt), then at weekends you can eat whatever you like and it feels more like a treat.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. I am doing ok today. Just had what I said earlier, (falafel was good!), but did have a handful of dried breakfast cereal as I was having a late tea. I was starving!
I think you should have a small snack later code, that can't be healthy, Esp with all your exercise. If you get hungry have a slice of toast or something.:T0 -

i was planning to have an early one but ended up waiting up for OH like a mum and he walked in after 3am!! i am so tired today. am hungry as usual so had some orange and passion juice and granola.. bring on my bed! i am tired..
