morning all. hope everyone is ok and had a good evening :-)
part 2 of training day. i have all my food stash here with me so i dont go hungry. hehe.. have asked if i can pop to the gym at lunch, and the girl said it was fine so off for pump later. :-)
last night OH was so sweet, he made a lovely roast that took 2 hours, and in the mean time, as my hunger time had passed, i ended up snacking on a packet pf prawn cocktail crisps and 4 bits of potato that he kindly gave me from the lot of potatoes. :-( i couldnt help it. have a huge bloaty belly right now as am about to come on, and wanted to eat rubbish. had a little bit of cheese cake too. ermm i shouldnt say that on here right? at this rate of being stressed, not well etc, i will end up putting on so much weight. grrr

Don't worry about it Rups, if you are going to the gym nearly every day then you will at least maintain your weight. I enjoyed my night out last night, but they gave me the bigger bowl of pasta! I couldn't eat it all! So I left a third and then had tiramisu! So back on the wagon today! I was scared to bring in toast again, so had a piece if malt loaf at home for brekkie. Today I will eat:
B- malt loaf slice
L- sandwich & skips
D- trying something new- I think it is a falafel burger type thing???
OH tried on his suit the other day, and has now decided he has to loose weight too, but doesn't seem to get the mechanics of it, ie eat less cals!:T0 -
Thanks Jo. hehe men hey? ah was going to ask about the malt loaf. is it tasty and filling? i love falafel stuff too. that def fills me up. i agree with the gym and maintaining thing but i am not even that regular with the gym. already this week, i missed Monday as i was away and then yesterday, the tennis was cancelled. I hope today goes well. i have to go as missed pump last week. got zumba tomorrow and then circuits, so must must go.

Tasty yes, if you have a couple of slices it may fill you up, I haven't really thought about! I tend to eat breakfast really late, when I am hungry, so today it won't fill me up until lunch. I may start to make tea loaf tonight.
I am going swimming again tomorrow, but ran to catch train yesterday so knee is hurting slightly today. Determined to have a better end to the week!:T0 -
Rups don't worry too much about it. I turn into a tasmanian devil around the time I'm due on and need to eat all the food. I doubt some crisps, potatoes and cheesecake will make all that much difference when you're gymming it.
Food plan for today as I'm working late is:
B - porridge with skimmed milk
L - porridge with skimmed milk, banana and raisins
D - Thai green curry veg pot.
14 minutes of shovelglove done. Will do 30 minutes in the gym later. I have also burned off some calories buying 2 multipacks of Pepsi max. AF is due on the wedding day and as i have hormonal issues I'm not allowed hormones to stop it, so I'm trying to shorten my cycle by upping my caffeine and drinking parsley tea towards the end of the month.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. oh no your knee is still sore? I realised that after zumba, i have started getting sore knees, so i head home and do some stretches. Today it was slightly sore again as I climbed up the stairs. I sometimes think it is also weather-related, dont ask how, but the damp weather and joints? maybe i am making up this up now! haha

What?!? Can drinking caffeine and parsley help?!? Sounds like a good food plan! Let's stick to them!:T0

It won't stop AF from coming but I figure if I can bring it on a few days earlier, then it will be over with before the day. Caffeine can shorten cycles, which is a reason why women ttc should cut down, and parsley tea does something to speed up the arrival of the actual bleeding bit apparently.Eu não sou uma tartaruga.
