    Haha I'm such a hippy. No idea if it will work but worth a try. Parsley isn't all that expensive and I like caffeine!

    Hey ladies, sorry I missed all the trials and tribulations yesterday. And interesting herbal tips this morning - thanks codemonkey!

    I was out all day yesterday at my little sister's graduation (v proud moment!). It involved lots of running around to pick up gown stuff, get visitors' tickets, sort photos etc, never mind the two-hour ceremony itself, and we barely ate all day. So when my dad suggested KFC on the way home, you can bet I didn't object! But it meant I ended up over my calories for the first time in weeks. Grr... Am determined to make up for it for the rest of the week though.

    I used to love KFC!!!! yum. dont feel guilty msshopper. just think that it will be burnt in some way or another or forget about it and start today :-)
    back at my desk now, and am thinking about the gym. yay! :0) im so sad

    Oh, no guilt from me - it was lost amid the chickeny goodness!

    I'd planned to give myself one day off the diet each month, so I might make this a half day off. :D Plus, I worked out if I'm 200 calories under my allowance for the rest of the week, I'll counteract the KFC effect. Sorted.

    And you're not sad for thinking about the gym, Rups. I couldn't do Wii Zumba for the past two nights cos I was travelling up north and back, and I was itching to do it! Never been like that about exercise before, ever!

    its good though when you get into the exercise mode but when you cant do it because of travel etc, it gets annoying. Thats how i felt on Monday too and I had missed my new fav body attack class. just waiting to go to pump now. :-) just had a banana and some wasabi peas. :-) hmm kfc.. yum

    so tired after gym. my knees are very sore today. possibly due to the weights and lunges today. im too tired to even eat or go for training. :-( did u gym code?

    Well done Rups on going to the gym.

    I struggled just making it down the stairs and to the supermarket and back.

    Have now had some chicken and sweetcorn soup and some more tablets and am feeling slightly more human. I have colds!! You're not really ill, but just can't seem to do anything properly:mad:

    As you can tell, I'm feeling very sorry for myself!:rotfl:
