    lol i know i know.. i always panic anyway. hehe..

    I am due today but i guess have been quite stressed, and just on Monday had to take that stupid morning after, so maybe its just that? Tired, i ALWAYS am, and today, i blame OH. :(

    will look. have to sort out those invites this weekend and then i can relax. haha..

    Hope you made loads of noise when you were leaving this morning.

    Right, leaving work at 1:30 today to go and see photographer. If everyone else can take off early so can I. Now do I gym it before then? Hmmm.

    ohh codemonkey, go and see the photographer. lol. im glad you can go today then. :0) hope it all goes well. i am waiting fro zumba and am worried imight back out. :(

    i wish i could make that much noise, but we leave together. i will get him back though. hahaha. feeling evil today. no its cool. someone else has asked if i was pregnant, as i am always tired. need to prob get a blood test done. :(

    Good for you codemonkey! You've more than earned an afternoon off by the sounds of it.

    I've been there, where you put everything of yourself into your job. And after 10 years of that, they closed my dept and made me redundant. So I now have a whole new perspective on work! (Much better balance, and much better job now, ha!) Hope the meeting with the photographer goes really well.

    And good for you too Rups - lunchtime zumba! I need to start doing exercise at lunch too. Maybe a nice walk along the Thames... :)

    Rups - I had the same issue with tiredness and all that a few years back. Went to the docs and got a blood test. Was slightly anemic so needed iron tablets and low on B12 so had a wee injection. Seemed to do the job!

    I take B12 vitamin supplements now. If you're dieting then maybe you have the same problem!? You need to eat plenty meat & fish (if you're not veggie) and eggs and dairy are pretty good too. If you like liver it has loads of B12 - other than that just take some supplements or you can get fortified cereals.

    While I'm here, I'm going out to an Italian tonight for dinner...does anyone have any tips of what to order that isn't going to be a million calories?

    ahh thanks lovecake. :-) thats really helpful. i went to the gp the year before and they said i was fine but god knows what is going on, so its probably time i went back. I take cod liver tabs with Vit B12 everyday.. :-( what is wrng with me? i think its lack of sleep. Before my other half, i had never ever lived with anyone and living with someone and finding out their sleepig habits is another thing. he moves around too much and snores and just disturbs me. i think its that plus the wedding stress. :( phew went on and on there. sorry. hehe

    i will ahve to get liver and have that as i love it :-) thanks for that. I dont follow any diet as such, but my intention is to eat healthy and exercise.. i always have my bad moments though. :p

    hmm Italian dinners are so yum. Think they are quite healthy generally. I tend to go for pasta dishes with meat as that way they fill me or if you try their grilled meats and stuff. yum im sooo hungry... just did zumba and am dying.. need to eat before i faint here.

    Well done everyone on being good!

    I am still suffering with my cold and more people here seem to be getting it. Don't really feel like eating ... just want to sleep, but have no energy:(

    Hopefully its working its way through now... though have just been told I sound like an 80 a day smoker charming when I have never smoked. But sad to say I know where tehy are coming from. :)

    Hmm, not sure I'm much use to you, lovecake. I loooove Italian food, and so I'd likely try and eat a really light breakfast + lunch so that I could indulge in all those lovely carbs!

    But some ideas... You could have olives as a starter instead of, say, garlic bread, and if you're having a pizza maybe go for veggie toppings rather than something greasy like pepperoni. Or you might find a pasta dish, as long as it's not a baked/cheesy one, might be less calorific.

    oooohh Ms, i can never refuse peperoni. My fav is the american hot from dominos. i am such a pig! love everything about italian food though.. :p
