I've just had 4 days off. The minute I got back to work, I was stressed again. I still have my whole annual leave allowance - I've only been off for toil days or public holidays .

Oh it sound like we all need more holidays! Tho as I am not at work atm it doesn't have much weight coming from me! But I understand what you mean Codemonkey, as soon as I come back to work I want more time off!
We have decided we are not going to box fit tonight! :( my knee is playing up again, and we are still not home from our trip down south, so really don't want to rush! Going to do some wii (that's ok on my knee) and then something more energetic tomorrow, as I have that off too. I have been walking the dogs etc, so been getting about 20-60 mins walking a day, but that is why has muck up my knee!!! (can anyone tell I am looking for reasureance that it is ok?!?!?!)

you are still doing quite a lot though Jo, so dont be so hard on yourself. Walking the dogs is such a good exercise. what dogs have you got? i love dogs. my brother has one but he is a right sulky dog. lol. do you wear a knee support? i still do and i find it helps. :0) maybe its a good thing to rest your knee hon.

Could be too much if you're walking on uneven terrain or just doing too much. When my knee was bad I used a knee support only when exercising, iced it after and kept it elevated after for a bit. Might need to rest it a bit or get some physio.

    Hey guys,

I am off now to do shopping for my mum... not sure how I have been voluntered to do that??? But it does give me the excuse to pop into LUSH (if I can stand the smell) and treat myself to some bits.

Hope you all have a relaxing evening:)

Yeah, going back to drs tomorrow to have a moan! Well I don't have any dogs, but went to stay with parents and fpil, and between them they have a border collie and a border terrier. I think it was the uneven ground Codemonkey, am going to ice it now.
    Have a good evening everyone.

I've been bad. Ham roll, cheese and onion crisps and a fun sized pack of skittles.

    That's not that bad!!!!

Ok someone come and force me into the gym. I'm far too lazy.
Me too! I need a good kick up the bum! I have worked out that there is a bus I can get to the gym, but I need OH to pick me up afterwards and he's been working late so i've been using that as an excuse to avoid it! :(

You guys are so inspirational with all the exercise you do!! I started running a while back but i get sore shins and a bad knee really easily. I have got some DVDs but i feel a bit silly doing exercise indoors when the sun's shining outside!! I just need to get started, and then I know i will have the energy/adrenaline to continue.

I am trying to be good food-wise, but i am finding it hard to quit snacks and sugary treats like choc. I have the boots meal deals which have less than 500cals quite a lot. but they aren't that nice or that good for me!!

I was so good yesterday until I got home. Had massive chocolate cravings so ate some duck springrolls and some jaffa cakes, then I was still wanting chocolate so I had some of those caramel buttons thingys.
