still tired :0( and came into work 10 mins late as couldnt get up!

i am so jealous reading about your food Jo and Codemonkey. How you been Hadley and betty? Hope the knee is better as well JO? Sorry if i have mixed up info here. am so not with it haha.

we ate at a pub last night just before OH performed comedy, and i had some Suffolk sausages with onion gravy and mash. bad i know :0(

this morning, as was running late, just had my Belvita biscuits with some sweet tea. i am knackered, and it doesnt stop till the weekend is over. :-( aghhhh no gym as a girl from work just got back from her honeymoon from New Zealand and Fiji so lunch at the pub.. yay!! need it with this stupid weather as well. Hope everyones fine. xx

Got a busy weekend too. Got to go and see the photographer tonight, then tomorrow shopping with my mum for her outfit and then my friend's wedding reception (they only got engaged in may so I'm dying to see what she's done).

ahh everyones rushing around. hehe. i need a photographer who is cheap. as soon as some of the Indian ones hear the word 'wedding' they go mad and charge a fortune!! hate them lol

think i need to dump my bridesmaid too. gulp! i can see out friendship ending too but cant have not do anything! got my sister's memorial function at the temple tomorrow so no lie-ins for me again!!!

Morning All,

Sounds like a busy weekend Codemonkey. i am dreading going shopping for my mum's outfit - went with her to help her choose an outfit for Ascot recently and it was almost as bad as looking for my dress:rotfl:

I have also had a bacon sarnie... though regretting it now. Had it as I probably won't get chance for lunch. But now feel a bit sick!!

Lots to do today... but tired and worn out as well. But am going to say this to the world today and keep going!

I am dreading going shopping with my mum too! It will be worse than for my dress! My family do not do any kin of formal wear, suits, dresses etc. My mum has asked if she can turn up in jeans!
I also wish I had fewer bridesmaids, I asked people before I really thought about it, and am now wishing it was just my sister! Organising the others will be a nightmare, shopping with my sister alone is a nightmare! I am asking them to buy their own dresses, so they get a say, buy now am hoping we have enough money that I can just buy them as don't want the whole hassle of 'I don't like that colour/cut etc!!' My sister is one of the worse! It's not like I choose ones that look bad, she is just extremely fussy!

My mum is 72 so the usual mother of the bride stuff makes her feel q bit silly, so we're off to a big shopping centre that has debenhams and a Jacques vert shop and hopefully we'll find something. Totally dreading it.

i didnt think bridesmaid can be such a hassle (from what i have heard). i hear some are so good and then like with mine, some cant be bothered. I have had to text countless times to meet up (for even getting silly things like jewellery) but she never has turned up. she has 2 phones but takes like 2 days to get back to me, and then says shes busy, when i know she isnt. i have included another uni friend now to help her sort out my hen do but seems like nothing is happening. i even sent them in an email the ideas for a hen do. i can organise it but dont want to get stressed about it and i know with my bridesmaid, its always last minute which i dont want, as i have to let otehrs know too. i have a feeling, either i will end up planning it or it will be last min. i am getting so annoyed at her. i have just been quiet as i know if i say anything, she is really really fiery-tempered and will prob end up in a argeument but i cant let it go on as i am having no support what-so-ever. its finding the way to tell her to go.

shes been married before, and recently got married to a guy over the net. i thought it was weird but i just was happy for her. it was a quick wedding as shes based here and he is in Saudi. she hadnt met him and had chatted over the net (i know that can happen at times), so they got married over the post (they could sign papers that way) but he is still there and she is here. other friends have said that she could be jealous as she may not have had the wedding like i am planning to have. iam not having a big wedding but that was her choice right? i dont know. may be i am over analysing. what do you girls think?
